The repair person was excellent. he was very professional and knowledgeable. we were so impressed with the overall experience that we signed a maintenance contract. Great service at a reasonable price. On 02-07-22 We used Penguin Air for our routine maintenance. Nathan White responded. He did an outstanding job! Very knowledgeable and professional.

This is the second time Day and Night has been out. The first time they came out was when I first moved in fall of 2020. I had a DIY fail and had guests coming that were going to need the guest bathroom. They came out the next day and helped fix the plumbing problem which was simple and sold me the maintenance agreement. Fast forward to almost a year later they called to schedule an appointment with the maintenance agreement. Byron was personable and professional. He did a whole house inspection and there were a couple things he found. I probably didn’t need to get it done today because my home warranty company does cover plumbing issues. Saying that, his honesty and willingness to explain things and answer my questions I decided to do some of the work found today. Thank you Byron and thank you Day and Night for standing out in a lack of customer service and integrity era.

Dennis Supernaw was recently at my home to replace all of my under-sink water shut-off valves. They had become corroded over the years and he recommended the Dahl Co. brand as a top replacement model. I researched this and found it to be true. They make the best valves in the market and it seemed like a wise investment to put them in. Dennis showed up on time, was very professional and explained everything clearly while he was working. Update: Changed from 1 star to 3. The original rep, John, came back out and did the repairs at no cost to me after finding out how the office handled my situation, which I appreciated, but still don't plan to use the company again.

Original post: Rep John came out and provided a quote for a few things including air conditioner repair. He was on time, very friendly and professional. I accepted the air conditioner quote and he told me someone would be in contact with me that afternoon (Fri June 25). Didn't hear from anyone by Mon June 28, so I called. They told me that someone should be out to me Tuesday or Wednesday. By Wednesday afternoon, I hadn't seen anyone, so I called to check. That rep said she had no record of the Tues/Wed promise or even that I called on Monday, and that someone would be out by July 5. That was not acceptable for two reasons: it isn't what I was promised and I will have family in town all weekend, so I don't want to sit around waiting for arrival and repairs. Due to this, she said she would put a note in to have someone out ASAP. It's Friday, July 2. Nobody has arrived. I called again. I was told that I was scheduled for July 5, that nobody would be out before then, and that she wasn't even sure why they had me on the schedule because they aren't accepting new customers. I get that everywhere is busy right now, but this place needs to get it together. Awful first experience and customer service in general. I cancelled my a/c order and won't contact them for anything else.

Valleywide plumbing is very knowledgeable and professional in the work they do. I had a problem with a leaking toilet and they came out right away and fixed the problem for a reasonable cost. I would use them again.
