Matt knows his stuff. I have used this company many times and will only use them. Honest, affordable and knowledgeable. He has replumbed my master bath shower, ran new copper in my back yard for multiple hose bibs, serviced my water heater and I could go on. If your looking for a reliable, affordable plumber who actually knows what he's doing this is the guy to call. Speaking of which my hose bib out front is leaking cause he hasn't worked on that one yet. Guess I gotta go make a call. Try them ! Howard was on time, very polite, friendly and knowledgeable about what was wrong with my septic. One could tell he was a very honest, hard working man. I've use this company in the past, and it was excellent then too. Ann who answers calls and schedules was very pleasant and knew her info well too. Not an ounce of negativity with my experience with them.

Awesome company. We'd worked with Eric before with very satisfactory results, so were very happy to see him again this time. Our issue was a lot bigger this year, requiring permits and some conversation with the City. This project could have been a total nightmare, but Brandon had my back and made sure that I came out golden. Eric and Anthony were courteous, clean, smelled good, and DID A GREAT JOB FROM BEGINNING TO END! Even the City inspector mentioned that Anthony's Plumbing always did exceptional work, which impressed me even more, but I didn't need that. I already knew that no matter what the plumbing issue I'd encounter in the future, Anthony's would be who I'd call. Jose and Orlando were absolutely amazing, they came when they said they would, they even allotted me additional time to arrive at the house after work, they immediately went to inspecting my pipes to inform me of any all concerns available, just as I do with my customers at work they were real and down to earth presenting me with viable options to get my repairs done at the lowest cost while performing the work correctly. Will use this company again and will definitely request these two gentlemen again!!!!!

Ben Aguilar came to our home on short notice, quickly fixed a clogged drain that another company had not. We were impressed with his explanation of what happened, where in the line it happened, and what to do to try to prevent it from re-occurring. I wouldn't hesitate to call him back if we ever need anything. And he has a very nice personality. We're thankful for his and Reddi's help!

THEY WILL EMPTY YOUR WALLET BUT NOT YOUR SEPTIC - I had Ajax out to pump my septic. They drained all the liquid in the tank and charged me $700. When I looked in the tank after the driver had left, there was a HUGE mass still in the tank. It was directly below the inlet. When I called, the woman in the office said it was my fault for not having a large enough opening. This would make sense if the mass was in the corner, but it was easily accessible by the pump operator. I feel like this is their MO because the lady got really nasty when I suggested that they didn't complete the job. They refused to come out and finish the job or provide any sort of refund :(

I am out of state landlord who was told continuously that the problem was being fixed however every two days the sewage backed up again. My tenants and neighbors confirmed that the worker went across the street to another neighbor to look at a problem on my GPS tracked and billed time while doing little for my problem. I lost a months rent, had crying tenants, was promised a copy of the camera viewed tape of the problem which was never received. When I pushed for this - they then said suddenly we couldn't do it as we didn't have the right camera (!???!) and then expected to get paid for doing NOTHING! I don't care how owner Dave wants to spin this - every word is true. Own up to your inept workers and bogus information that you supplied.I was being taken advantage of as owner Dave knew I was out of state. The very 1st appt the worker did not show up and then claimed my tenant wasn't home, who emphatically denied this, then when they did show up- I rcvd vague information and they obviously did not know or care to know what the problem was as after each visit within 2 days it backed up again. After weeks of this, I called another plumber who was there and had the issue fixed in 3 DAYS! This biz is run by a guy who takes advantage and had the nerve to send a bill that I never signed a contract for to collections. CONSUMER BEWARE. My tenants and neighbors said these guys were an absolute joke and after dealing with another plumber WHO WAS PROMPTLY PAID IN FULL - I tell you to run!

The office called to tell us they would be here sooner than (YEA)! Jerry was friendly and very efficient. Even the dog approved of him. I was surprised that he was already gone when I got home from swim. We were dreading the experience of pumping the tank but were pleasantly surprised. The price was very reasonable. All in all, we are happy flushers.

Our septic tank needed to be emptied as it had been many many years since it was last done. It had been so long, that we didn't even know we had a septic tank. Besides emptying the tank, they had 2 guys and a tractor here for about 2 hours. They had to remove a lot of dirt just to get down to the tank lid. The total repair costs less money than what most plumbers charge for doing half as much work. Even though there was more work, they came in below the original estimate. They cleaned up the entire place when they were finished and I would highly recommend them.

Kevin K. and Shawn came to my rescue on November 5, 2020. I called and scheduled service, explaining what was going on and I was really stressed out. They checked the sewer with a camera and showed me what was happening. They gave me an estimate and explained about offering financing or a discount for senior citizen. They told me they would get to work right away and Shawn sure did! Shawn explained what he was doing every time I went to check out how things were going. He was very pleasant and said I could ask him anything and if I had questions not to hesitate in asking. He dug a hole and got things all ready but couldn't finish until the 6th because he had to get all the stuff together that was needed and it was close to 5pm. He left us telling us we could still use water and toilets but to be careful of what goes down the drain and no washing until it was fixed. On the 6th, Shawn came early and finished the job!! He walked me thru every step of what he was doing and told us when we couldn't use water or flush (about 30 minutes) and then let us know when all was ok. He did a super great job and I am so happy with the service I got!! Both guys were super nice and explained everything and Kevin came back to make sure all was well. I am so happy and I will recommend Rooter Ranger Plumbing in the future to all who have plumbing problems!! I hope the guys stay with the company and I will ask for them personally for a job well done! THANK YOU!

I believe this is my 7th time using Option One. Usually it is a slow drain or a clog when I call them. I wouldn't keep using them if they didn't do their job. I had a slow bathroom drain today and the last time was a year and a half ago for the same thing. You have to expect that. The last time I called was for a kitchen clog, which was not as long ago, but the kitchen sink is still draining. I am happy with Option One and they are inexpensive compared with other plumbing companies.
