This is the 2nd time I have used Goettl. Elvin was my technician and honestly he was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and upfront. However I was put in touch with Victor from sales and it was the opposite experience. Very pushy, kept trying to close me on the phone after I told him multiple times I would think about it and call back. The prices ranged from like $19k-$26k which is absolutely insane. Then after I mentioned that was double the price I was expecting he claimed they would do me a favor and knock the cheap option down to $15k.... and wanted me to make a decision right then and there getting even more pushy. After staying multiple times that if was mainly concerned about price than Goettl was not the company for me, I finally had enough and decided he was right. Not at all a company I want to drop thousands and thousands of dollars on.

After filing a home warranty for a failed air conditioning system I was contacted by Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning. The entire process was effortless as it combined an online warranty claim, a quick and polite phone call from Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning, which resulted in a new condenser motor installed by technician Elmer. Our condensing unit is 25 years old and we were concerned that it might be time to replace it. Overall the process was a pleasure and I am glad the Elmer was the service tech. Elmer was professional and polite. Luckily he had the correct size condenser fan motor on his truck. The only downside was that he had to cut down the motor shaft-which just took him more time (in the hot sun) to complete that task, but no gripes from us for that! Thanks for the hard work Elmer! He also had to replace a capacitor for said fan. I don't know if it was luck but our brand air conditioner, Trane, happened to be the same brand that Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning sells, installs and services. Maybe that was why he had the correct fan motor and capacitor on his truck? Either way we're happy to have our air conditioning system up and running again. James arrived and knew immediately that our drain was plugged causing our air conditioner to leak. He took the time to answer my questions and explain what he was doing. James was also right upfront with the cost for what needed to be done. Additionally, he cleaned up the area and our air conditioner is running smoothly.
We are very satisfied with the service.

Robin & John are honest and do great work. Their staff is professional and personable. Their design for our ductwork in the attic (when they replaced our unit) made so much more sense than the other quote we got. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This company is a joke! They quoted me $1400 to replace a hot water heater with the same exact unit and then tried to tell me the reason why the hot water heater cracked was because there was no pressure relief installed which there was. I got the job done by a licensed plumber for 1/2 of that. I will never use these guys again!!!!

I called yesterday and was able to schedule a free service call. Next morning Vinny called and let us know Jeremy was on the way and offered to send a picture of Jeremy and his bio. Super reassuring and really appreciated that. Jeremy showed up and was super polite, took a video of what he saw and shared it with us. Had him compete the repair and signed up for a maintenance plan. Extremely happy with George Brazil so far!

We got an AC checkup done, technician was 3 hours late for appointment with no call. A couple of repairs were needed, the boot was torn at the roof line. The guy left without giving us an estimate, said he would call back but never did. I ended up getting on the roof and sealing it myself. A business that fails to get back with their customers is written off in my book. Also, I would have gladly paid them for the repairs. Not good to leave money on the table like that.

With this Arizona heat it's almost impossible to live without an A/C, so, when ours went out, we were miserable. Thankfully, Nick came to our rescue. Our service was quick, easy, and the entire experience was amazing, we're not melting anymore! The service was fast, professional, and I would recommend them without a second thought. They were friendly, quick, and the problem was resolved with no issues whatsoever. True lifesavers!

The folks who run this HVAC operation are tops. Everything done professionally, from handling my initial request to explaining my systems to me in a manner I could understand.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I was forced to use them by my home warranty company. It is well over 100 degrees and 95 degrees in my house. Their 1st available appointment was 3 days out, we scheduled it for the morning, called to get an ETA around 10:00 and was told at some point in the day! The technician showed up after 2. As soon as I answer the door he stated he was there to diagnose not to fix and claimed that was the way it works with home warranties. I've been with the same warranty company for years and it's never been that way. I called Velox Air office and was told the technician could fix it if he has the part, I passed this info on to the technician and he was adamant that he was only there to diagnose it, that's what he's been doing all day and he has other appointments! He left and Velox air didn't answer my calls. It's a Friday night, holiday weekend, and my air has been out since Tuesday. There is also an extreme heat warning until Monday. If you are looking to get your AC fixed or acceptable customer service, I wouldn't suggest this company!

Very fast, friendly and reasonable service. Jeremy and his staff was so very nice and helpful. Jeremy was sure to keep me posted with updates on scheduling and arrival time. Jeremy also explained in detail his findings when conducting the tune up for my AC. I would highly recommend Prestige Mechanical!

I sought a second opinion from Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, and they quickly identified and corrected the problem. I'm glad I called them because they went above and beyond my expectations.
