Service tech was professional he was more interested in the work he needed to do then in trying to sell me stuff I didn't need made good recommendations and I thought that his advice was well given and well received by me I have his company on his recommendation coming in to give me a bid on a new system so maybe I'll get another chance to do another review if they end up installing the system for me but the service guy did a good job can't remember his name but kudos to you dude you're a great service guy

Called George Brazil Thursday morning to check my furnace -- our tech Joe R was at my house later that morning at the exact time they estimated. He did a thorough check, made some adjustments, and reassured me that everything was functioning perfectly. It was easy and put my mind at ease that everything was working as it should after some concerns. We're so glad we've chosen George Brazil not only because they are reliable but because we always get great technicians.

I had a number of concerns about my AC system after a home inspector tagged a few different areas of concern. Preferred Air had every opportunity to find a bunch of problems and charge me for each, but the contractor spent close to an hour crawling around my attic, taking photos, testing the drip lines, checking all my vents etc only to tell me everything looks fine and recommend regular maintenance in the spring. The assessment was affordable and I felt the contractor was honest and genuine. He answered all my questions, showed me photos and examples, and gave me a full range of options. He gave me prices for maintenance and future, non-urgent repairs and encouraged me to focus on other areas of the house before worrying about the HVAC. I will definitely return as a customer.

Shane was great! Answered phone right away and squeezed in our broken AC at the end of his day. Shane was beyond helpful, arrived on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly for a good price. He pointed out future repairs and gave estimates in a helpful manner. He was well dressed, friendly, professional and so very helpful with getting our unit functional.

The whole crew is great to work with. Always on time, kept us informed along the way (it was a two day install for a 3 and 5 ton AC unit, plus the heat exchangers). Very professional. We have had them doing the annual maintenance for years, and it was a no-brainer to have them install the new units. Thanks to the whole crew!

Had an appointment with this company and they were almost an hour late.
So I called to find out what time they would be coming and I was told they are no longer doing duct work service until the end of summer.
I understand it’s hot and you do not want to be someone’s attic when it’s very hot.
That’s why they offered me the first appointment of the day. And then all the sudden they decided that they are not going to be doing this service until the end of summer.
Really would’ve been nice to have somebody call and let me know since my appointment was on the books. Seems like a fly-by-night company.

Best price for licensed pro I could find. He was really nice to my family and me. He genuinely cared for us and spent a lot of time helping us out in our ac crisis in the middle of July! We will continue to hire Shawn.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
