I had a kitchen sink leak and hot water issue. David M. was amazing! He talked me through the problem showed me how to handle emergencies and was friendly and professional.

Mike is the gentleman whom serviced our A/C. He was very knowledgeable n professional. I asked him several questions n he was happy to answer each one, so I could understand. He also had sevetal issues to deal with n he fixed n repaired each issue one by one. Mike called on Saturday saying he could stop by in 20 minutes, rather than waiting until Sunday. I was very happy n even though it took several hours to complete he re-checked each to make sure all was functioning perfect before he took off. It was so nice to have a A/C tech show up early rather than late n repaired my system . Thank you so very much.

I had just bought a foreclosure not too long ago and needed a bunch of work done on it. They did such an amazing job on all repairs and was very professional and respectful! Definitely recommend them!

Previous Review: They were unable to complete the repair today but were very professional through the process, trouble-shooting many possible solutions and keeping me informed, and staying for many hours trying to solve the problem. They will return at another date with additional tools and materials to complete the job. Their extra effort above and beyond expectations is very appreciated.

We had a complete maintenance service done on all 3 of our AC/Heat exchange units. “Chuck” was the technician who came out here today. He called & arrived on time as scheduled. He was very nice and professional explaining everything as he checked out each unit and followed up with videos and photos before and after him servicing each one. We are very much satisfied with Patrick Riley especially with “Chuck” and we will request him every time. Wonderful service and fair price. I called Scott's AZ Services after a plumber botched a job in my new home leaving me with leakes everywhere. Scott's Services did a marvelous job not only cleaning up the botched job but actually fixing my plumbing issues. They replaced all faucets and lines leading up to the faucets, replaced garbage disposal, and uncloged a toilet.

Walker Plumbing was responsive, professional, and the quality of work was great. Would call them again for any of our plumbing issues.

Jared and Jordan came out to clear a clogged main and turns out it was roots growing through the pipe! They had a camera snake so they could show me and pin point exactly where they needed to dig! Great company and the 2 plumbers they sent Jared and Jordan were on time, extremely professional and clean. They even took the time to clean the shower tubs and toilets when they were finished!! The best plumber I've dealt with in Phoenix az hand down!

We have used alliance for multiple sites for multi housing office workers that answers phones are rude and feels like Inconvenience when I call their field manager or supervisor Ryan it’s very unprofessional with their bids and unorganized I work with a lot of Plumbing and Hvac companies but this By far is the worst one I had to deal with

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.
