Fortunately, I am part of the Reddi Services RPM (Reddi Planned Maintenance) program so I get to have these fantastic technicians out to my home twice a year to check my AC, heating and plumbing throughout my entire home. Gosh, where do I start. What I thought was the washing machine running (for some reason thought my husband may have started laundry :P) was actually a busted pipe. It required us to turn off our main. Our home warranty said it would be 2-4 days before someone could come out. Say what?!?! Clint replied to my plea for help immediately and within 2 hours was at our house fixing a broken pipe in the wall. Within 90 minutes, we have a beautiful new pipe and water running again :). Highly, HIGHLY recommend Clint for your plumbing needs!

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

Contractor was perfect! Really appreciate him showing up so late in the day, 7pm. I'd imagine his shift was supposed to be long over by that time. Very friendly and very particular on his quality of work. Really good work ethic and doesn't need more cardio for all the running he did. Showed a great deal of patience while we were trying to figure out how to turn off the water for a condo. Would strongly recommend for future upgrades or repairs. Thanks Trenton!.

Devin Melody provided outstanding service! He has a can do attitude even when the job is challenging. He located our clean-out that 2 previous plumbers did not recognize. And he uncovered the source of the problem creating the blockages we've experienced in recent years. And the best news for future customer is that he is training others at Action One.

Called at about 9pm on 3/24/19, and Joseph was there within the 30 minutes they quoted me. He unclogged my lines and had my toilets running clear within 20 minutes of arriving. Jackie called 2 days later to set up the appt to have the camera ran to find the reason for my clogs. All for the ad price of $98.00. The service was fast, great, and priced right.

I was really impressed by the service I received with Rooter-Man. In the past the plumbers I've used weren't that friendly and seemed to try an overcharge for services I didn't need. That wasn't the case with Roy - he was extremely friendly and took the time to explain what was going on with our main sewer line. He was knowledgeable and gave us a really great deal. I had called other businesses and they had the best prices. Would definitely use again.
