Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Excellent service and Veteran owned. The technician went above and beyond the job. I have a new AC unit but he installed the Nexia wifi thermostat. While installing he identified a major wiring issued left by the previous guys. He fixed the issue, installed the thermostat and everything has been running smoothly ever since. 10 years in how do we feel about Alien AC? They continue to offer excellent service, they are responsive, and they are reasonably priced. About 5 years ago I decided to price other AC businesses’ services, just to see. I found they either refused to give clear pricing up front or were much more expensive. Alien AC continues to be our informed AC service of choice.

He triple checked his work and made sure that everything checked out. I called these guys last minute and they got back with me quickly, and went out of their way to make sure that I got service in a timely manner. They also gave a 30 mins heads up which was great to help make sure I was home when they got here. I will do business again and recommend them to anyone. No BS, great, honest work.

Scheduled an appointment to have my water heater inspected when I experienced a sudden loss of hot-water. I am happy to report that I had a plumber inspect my water-heater the very next morning. I was immediately provided a quote to replace the unit, and other additional plumbing I was not concerned about; no offer to troubleshoot my existing water heater due to the age. I declined the install and troubleshooted the issue myself. The cold water inlet on the heater had become stuck, preventing inflow of water to push out hot water. Less than $50 for parts, a few hours of my own labor, and I have hot water again. Very good response time but I felt like Parker and Sons was just trying to make a sale, not fix an issue.

At 6 p.m., our air conditioner broke down. I looked up Goliath Mechanical on Google and gave them a call. Rexx, their tech, called to confirm about 45 minutes later and arrived before 7 p.m. I worked on our unit until around ten o'clock at night. All was excellent, from the initial call to the completed repair. I was really pleased with their operation. Many thanks to everyone at Goliath Mechanical!

It has been our experience that George Brazil always stands behind their work and often goes above and beyond. In selling our home, the inspector found a few things they recommended for our air conditioning unit, even though George Brazil had originally installed it to code. George Brazil took care of it with absolutely no hassle. We feel like we won the lotto with this company! We are extremely happy with their fast response and professionalism. I can now say we no longer have to keep searching for an AC company! Thank god! Unlike most AC companies we had in the past, they knew the problem immediately with no round abouts and no answers like, I think you may have this problem or I'm not sure what's really wrong with your AC which drove me Bunkers from other companies. They straight out told us what was wrong and what had to be done immediately. You can feel it when you know you have found a very knowledgable AC guy. We knew we did right away! We honestly thought we wouldn't have AC for 9 days and having pets made it more difficult. But I was wrong. They came out the next day after we made the purchase of the new AC unit. I was pleased from the moment I called to set up an appointment and spoke with Victor. He was very pleasant and set me up not trying to hard sell me on a maintenance package right away assuring me that the technician would be the same way, telling me only what needed to be done and give recommendations for the future. He was right, Shawn, the technician who came out to do the AC maintenance, was very friendly. He also wore a mask and booties on his shoes in my home which I thought was very responsible and respectful. When he was finished, he told us how the inspection went and that everything was good for now and what he recommended for the future of our units along with the service plan that would fit our needs. The Best part was, he didn't pressure us to sign up for the plan at that moment, giving us time to think, which I very much like.
