Over the weekend we had lost hot water, so we contacted Goettl and they were able to come out within 24 hours. The tech, John Parker, was incredibly helpful and made sure that we were taken care of. Due to an installation error, we were told the repair would not be covered under our warranty. He went out of his way to call his supervisor to explain the situation and was able to get the repair done free of charge. While the installation error was frustrating, he made the best out of the situation.

After not having any air conditioning for a while and using a different company last year with a high priced repair job that didn't last but a day, We met Tim with a recommendation from my daughter's friend, it was a wonderful experience. Tim was very thorough explaining everything to us. Brandon and his crew did an amazing job they never stopped until it was done, they cleaned the area where they were working and even did a paint touch up. We are completely satisfied and we will be using their services again when needed. They were both friendly and professonal, we highly recommend them to anyone

Rickey completed our semi annual maintenance. Working with Day and Night is a pleasure from the front office to the service techs. Everyone is friendly and professional. Rickey discussed what he was going to do during service. After completion he reviewed everything he had done and provided pictures and offered suggestions to keep my HVAC running smoothly. By far the best experience I have ever had with a repair company. You can tell shane truly cares about his customers and wants to ensure you’re taken care of. He reached out right away to get an appointment scheduled. He was incredibly responsive, professional, and incredibly kind!! My AC had froze over, he kept In constant contact for updates on if it was running properly after thawing and when we realized there was a further issue he came back right away to make sure we were taken care of. He was also very outgoing! After coming back he stayed to ensure everything was running correctly , and we had a great conversation. Kind, professional, easy to talk to. I highly recommend this company. I needed to put more insulation in my attic. I had called APS in hopes that they could recommend a company that gave great service. I was given a list of 20 or so companies to try. I actually looked them up on the web and Larson certainly stood out as the only company that I felt comfortable.1st An inspector came out to evaluate my situation; he took many picture of the shape of my attic and locations inside the house that were letting outside air come in.2nd A representative of Larson Air came out and discussed the best plan for me with the picture documentation in hand. Absolutely no pressure.3rd my next step was to move ahead sign a contract and have the insulation put in my attic. The Larson people did an amazing job. They were very polite and they cleaned up after themselves, even in my closet which was the entrance to the attic.4th The original inspector came back to evaluate the work that had been done and to make sure all the areas were done per the contact. This was a surprise to me that they would send a inspector back for review at no cost to me.A happy customer!

I used them through home warranty. They came once and never came back. They did not return my calls or home warranty calls. My home warranty had to end up sending another company to my house. I would not recommend them to anyone. I also told my home warranty they should not command in this company to anybody else.
