We had Goettl out yesterday due to a lack of heat. They sent a tech out to troubleshoot the unit. after checking everything found a few loose wires and reconnected them. We were very happy with the service. He said if it still did not work, to call and they would come out. Well, no heat this morning. When I called they were very apoligetic and said they had Elvin out today. He was very professional and ran a complete test of the system finding that the thermal coupler switch that was having an issue, intermittenly. There was no charge for this today. Highly recommend this company.

Checked heating, a/c and vents for possible cleaning. Tim was timely, professional and patient to help me understand general maintenance requirements and was honest and clear not to charge me additional unnecessary costs. I was very impressed and would highly recommend!

The installation of my AC unit was done professionally and in a timely manner and the cost was competitive with other AC bids for the work done. I especially appreciated the overall communication with the sales representative and scheduling staff who kept me up to date with every step in the installation process.

I've used Benefit Air for probably almost ten years now. They've always done a great job. We had 'em from before we replaced our 16 year old Trane and they installed our the new Trane system about six or seven years ago. I couldn't ask for better service! The customer service is top notch, the technicians are on their game, and the company specifically to my knowledge only does Air Conditioning work, so their techs are not forced to be a do it all plumber, electrical, A/C handyman that some of these other companies try to be. I personally think there are very few benefits to companies that try to have their techs do those types of varied jobs in different specialties instead of specializing in one area.

Recently they fixed our AC problem thermostat wiring issue, and for a reasonable price. I'd like to thank them for always being reliable and trustworthy! Shout out to Kyle and Caleb, for this most recent visit, and Chuck who has been our usual repair guy for so many past visits in previous years. I hear Chuck now heads up the the service/maintenance dept (or something like that) so we don't see him very much anymore, although still with the company. That says a lot if you know their employees are still there year after year. We haven't needed many repairs for our system, but when we do, we know it's going to be a call to Benefit Air. Thanks for keeping us cool all these summers!

I was away for several days & had set my thermostat at 85° before leaving. Upon arriving home I found that the temperature in my house was 95° ???I called several A/C service companies trying to get emergency service ? He did a thorough check, made some adjustments, and reassured me that everything was functioning perfectly. It was easy and put my mind at ease that everything was working as it should after some concerns. Mark was a little late. I only mention that because he called to let us know. That was very much appreciated and showed professionalism. He asked questions, examined our AC units and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Then made the repair in no time and explained what he did. Received an email from Howard Air with the name and photo of the technician. That was the first contact. The technician called before arrival and showed up in the time frame given. He was polite, professional & explained what he needed to do to get our ac back up and running. It was a late night emergency appointment and he was as friendly as if it was the first appt of the day.i highly recommend them for your ac & heating needs.
