Great service. This is probably the fifth time we have used them, and I will continue to do so.

The ac maintenance people seems decent, but I do not trust the business. They have a one year maintenance plan, and they did not do any maintenance for me such as cleaning. Instead, they pulled opened part of my roofing to shows that it wasn't sealed very good. Pointing it out is sufficient, why physically damage it more to show me? Also, the sales person was dishonest with the pricing. Charging more is up to them and it is understandable, but being dishonest is not. Also, I called to cancel my annual service and I was okay with paying for the full year, but they refused my request and stated that I must call back within 30 days of the ending period. This is absolutely unheard of.

Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Found Sav-On, and couldn't have asked for better! Our tech Jesse was extremely kind, and didn't have any issue explaining what he was doing. Up front pricing, and definite professionalism...would have no problem ever recommending them for any plumbing issues.

I have worked with Danny for nearly 20 years. Danny is the definition of an Old School Plumber. He is thorough and pays attention to the details. Indoors or outdoors he knows his stuff. Rhonda (his wife) manages his office just as well. They are a Perfect example of a successful small business!

Travis used a camera to check for a blockage or collapsed bathtub drain pipe which was below ground level. The camera stopped at a certain point and he wasn’t totally convinced it was a collapsed pipe. He wanted to try the air snake in the tub drain. It was 100% successful and the tub now drains great! Matt called prior to his visit. Upon arrival his uniform and personal appearance was impeccable. After entering my home he explained his process and answered all my questions. He placed a new filter in my return and went the extra mile and cleaned the metal grate. He also showed me the duct dirt by using a paper towel, then explained the process of getting them cleaned as well as an approximate cost. I found him to be very thorough outside and in my attic. He advised he lived in my same vicinity and said I could request him for future potential issues. If I need future repairs or replacement, I most certainly would call upon Matt.

Scott is reliable and gets the job completed In a professional and timely matter. My experience has always been the best. When my AC unit needed repair he quickly came out and fixed my unit. Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say I did not have the line. After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.

Anthony came to our apartment because we didn't have any cold water for a wk+. Our apartment complex wasn't able to fix the issue so they contacted DW Plumbing. Anthony was punctual, professional, and friendly. He explained the problem to my boyfriend and had the issue fixed in no time. Because of the customer service that we received from Anthony, we will be contacting DW Plumbing for all of our needs related to heating and cooling here on out. It was so refreshing to know that customer service is still around in at least one company. Thank you Anthony for taking care of us and our water requirements.
