The owner of the company came to our home, was very polite and extremely professional. He didn't try to sell us on anything we didn't need for the size of our home. He was very honest and it was an easy decision to make.We had a new A/C installed within two business days of the sale. Great price, great product and great installation. The installers were also very professional and extremely polite.I would highly recommend Penguin Air to anyone I know. This was one of the easiest purchases I've made in my life. I have worked with Tucker Hill on several separate projects.

- Installing a 29 light fixture on a 20 ft ceiling
The level of service that I have received (like at most larger brands like TH) vary depending on the technician/expert/contractor that comes out and does the work.

My most recent experience (the installing of the 29 light) with Brandon Brady has been extremely stellar! In fact, I believe I will request to work with him exclusively from now on (for my home and my business of property management).
Brandon was on time, professional, courteous, and (most importantly careful and detail oriented). To share my experience, I had a 29 inch pendant light made of capiz (the inner lining of shells) hung from a 20ft ceiling. He was very careful, not a single shell cracked or flaked. Also, he continually asked if I was comfortable with his installation and adjusted the pendant height multiple times to get it to my ideal height for the entry of our home.
I know Tucker Hill's pricing for electrical work is not as competitive as other contractors in the valley, but for Brandon Brady's care and attentiveness to detail and hard working attitude, the price is worth it.

Brendon did great, and I will definitely be asking for him to visit our sites when we need electrical work.

FANTASTIC experience today from Anthony Ramirez with replacement of our water heater. We knew it was coming and this morning was the last “start out warm then 5 min to cold” shower we could take. Called Parker & Sons based on a recommendation of a trusted neighbor. Scheduled for that day, new water heater! Anthony was professional and super friendly (even met our sweet dog Lucky)! Would recommend and endorse this company any time based on today!

We had them out to install a water softener. They were on time and VERY professional!
I was skeptical about this item, BUT my husband wanted it. The first few showers I took I felt oily, I thought maybe it wasnt for me, but then realized it was a CLEAN feeling I was having! I am in LOVE with it now! Less water usage for everything, which for a family of 4 is HUGE. Your hair is softer and fuller, your skin is silky and smooth and laundry seems to be cleaner than ever before!
