My 'five star' experience started when Andy Hobaica quickly diagnosed a cooling issue we had for years that no other AC company cared to fully investigate and figure out. We actually had a design issue with our cooling ducts. The quote was competitive, so we selected Hobaica. The install quickly followed where Ethan and Ivan did a phenomenal job installing my two AC units. Everyone went above and beyond at Hobaica Services--it must part of their company culture. I highly recommend Hobaica Services.

Had technician .Jesus montes come to my house and repaired my air conditioning in the Attic with the correct parts and did a very good job very clean and reliable

Technician Michael Olson is absolutely wonderful. He was warm, friendly and very thorough in answering all my questions…both times he was at my house. He explained the problem with my unit in layman’s terms and Michael has a demeanor that made me trust what he was telling me. Goettl is fortunate to have him as an employee and I’m fortunate that he was the technician that was assigned to my initial service call and again the next day to complete the service. 5 stars for Goettl and 10 stars for Michael!!

Jeremy is awesome! Best A/C maintenance person I have ever had. He has been servicing our Trane XR17 unit that we had Alien install in 2015 for the last several years. Happy with the install and the unit. Jeremy is professional, very personable, knowledgeable, offers quality service, communication, etc. In short...he is great to work with and a breath of fresh air in the service industry! We had an emergency where all of our Freon leaked out through a puncture in the copper pipe. Seems like a huge job but George was able to complete in in no time and headed up and running within 40 minutes. Great professional service, he offered us his maintenance plan which I recommend to everyone! It will save us from future problems.

Velox Air saved the day! My AC went out in the middle of the night in this record breaking heat and the owner Michael sent out a technician to me the next day even with their schedule fully booked. The service technician Manny went above and beyond in not only getting the problem fixed fast but also explaining to me what was wrong. He also gave me future steps to take to keep my system running at it's best. Velox Air is an honest and reputable company with great pricing. These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with your sales and installation services. Not only did you quote me a lower price than everybody else for a basic replacement unit for my 25+ year old equipment when I asked about high efficiency units you explained in detail what the differences were along with the pros and cons of going in that direction. And then you quoted me a price comparable to the basic replacement units everyone else was quoting. I chose the higher efficiency Trane and still got a better deal than with any of your competitors. It was the end of the week and we had been without central air for a couple of weeks and had already convinced ourselves that we would need to wait until the following week for the install when you informed us you were willing to install on a Saturday. Your installers showed up half an hour earlier than expected and went straight to work. They were very professional and explained everything they needed to do. I was extremely satisfied with their workmanship and if you had looked for evidence they had been there the new unit on my roof would have your only clue. I am extremely happy with my new A/C unit and recommend you to any one who asks if I know any reputable A/C service dealers in the Phoenix area.

Eric Repsher was very professional and went above and beyond his duties. He tried every attempt to get my unit up and running. He even came over on Saturday, his day off, to try again to get our unit running. I highly recommend Eric for any of your AC/heating needs.

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend
