Mike the tech arrived with incomplete safety protection.
He never gave me a clear diagnostic. This is through home warranty, Mike left without fixing my a/c he said he was making a report right away, when I called home warranty company 3 hours later they had no report.
I am sitting in a home with over 100 degrees outside.

Very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism from TemperaturePro Phoenix. I live out of state, and needed some maintenance done on my HVAC system during the holidays and had inquired with some local folks about a good company to use. They were prompt and easy to deal with, very fairly priced, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. I highly recommend them.

We had a troubled gas heater acting up. It took multiple companies across several days to troubleshoot. Nobody could figure out the problem until Dave got on the job. Dave provided impeccable service and worked through the problem over a holiday weekend. He showed up Monday and got it fixed. Great spot Dave!

Update: after they saw my review they called to explain that he doesn't know why but they never got any of our messages. Offered to come and fix issue for free. Not gonna take them up on the offer tho. Just feels awkward at this point.

Had them come out to fix our heating a year or two ago during the winter. The best way I can describe our problem is we have warm air for 10 min. And then it will stop producing warm air and just push cold air. We then have to reset the circuit breaker to the unit and it'll start pushing heat again. They came out. Did whatever they did. Charged us about 300$ problem still occurs. Called and left a message about it not being fixed and never heard from them again.

Super quick response time, low rate, great service and the owners are really nice guys. I recommended these folks on my HOA page and have had them help friends and family. Strongly recommended, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing customer service experience. The customer service rep was very transparent with costs- even what the cost was to diagnose the issue.
Also because we are a commercial building we needed to set up an account. They were prompt, quick and set this up in the same day. The technician William was prompt, friendly, very knowledgeable. He did check to ensure the unit was working properly before explaining to me what the issue was when our other tech inspected it. Very reliable, helpful and a great team of people to work with.

Mountainside Air is Very good company in Arizona. They are trustworthy, punctual and very kind. They came to my home on very short notice, fixed the problem and waited to make sure that my house is worm enough for my sick husband and me . Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

These guys are fantastic workers will come quickly when you are having problems. Gerald came to my house at 9:30 pm in the middle of summer to fix a thermostat that had frozen over. Talk about customer service, God bless him! They're efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend AirZona for your HVAC issues.

New post: AirZona installed a split A/C unit for my man cave, a transformed garage. Living in Phoenix, I wanted to get this done before the oppressive heat of summer. I ordered the unit on Monday and Gerald’s guys put it in the very next day, Outstanding service, very affordable and really nice guys. I highly recommend AirZona.

B3 Refrigeration is affordable and fast. Thank you Keith, Katie, and Zeke for taking care of me. They have kept my 40 year old unit running as long as possible and finally replaced it this year.

My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

John is one of the best technicians I've ever met. He is knowledgeable, fast, friendly and precise. I would recommend this company to everyone, ask for John, you will be happy and cool!

Our heater quit working in February 2021. Our home warranty company sent Velox to repair it. There was a snafu in ordering the blower motor and Velox and the home warranty company fought for months over who should order and pay for the part, all the while they and the home warranty company we're telling us the part was unavailable due to covid shutdowns. Meanwhile we were without heat and then A/C. May came around and it started getting hot and still no repair. At this point Velox had quit returning our calls. When it hit 90 degrees in our house one afternoon I finally called a local contractor who came out the same afternoon and by the end of the day had ordered our part from their supplier, also local. Within a week our heat and A/C were working. Now Velox keeps sending my wife texts saying we owe them $150 for a service call in February, a call we paid $75 for per our home warranty contract. We cannot get in touch with Velox to get this straightened out. They won't return our texts, emails or phone calls and every time we call, regardless of the time of day, their answering service picks up.

Corey came out to our and did an extensive audit. Upon his return he provided a clear & thorough report. Hi no pressure, informative approach and professional approach was impressive! I would strongly recommend him to my friends & family

William is great! I have had him at my home over the past  few years and he clearly explains what the problem is, ways to fix it and what to do to avoid him coming back out.

We purchased a new home and the AC wasn't cooling. We knew who to call because A1 Heating & Air llc had done a great job in our previous home. They made scheduling simple, the tech arrived on time and quickly repaired the issue. Overall a great experience.
