I received an estimate of $2530.00 to replace the faucet fixtures in two bathrooms. that did not include parts and would leave us with two walls to repair. We were told because the parts were old, no replacements were available. The technician tried for an hour to remove faucet valve
A handyman/ plumber came the next day and removed the four Pfister valves, went to Ace hardware, bought new valves and replaced the four valves in the two bathrooms. Job took him one hour and 15 mins. He charged me $ 200., that’s two hundred dollars. That’s a difference of $ 2330.00.
You make the call as if these are competent, honest people.

Oh where to start? So there best tech came out for heater maintenance about 4 weeks ago. The unit is in the attic, well he changed my outdoor configuration from AC to heat pump. This caused the heater to blow 24/7, the AC would still turn on, but could only cool the house by a few degrees because the hot air was still blowing. No matter how low i turned the thermostat the house couldn't be cooled below 76 degrees, literally took all day to get it down to that. When its 100 degrees out and you have a newborn this is a nightmare. The guy came back 3 days later to fix it. He was so rude about it, he didn't own his mistake, he didn't apologize. Now I got my gas bill...$168!!!!! I've lived in this home since 2009. My gas bill for this same time period has never been more than $40! I haven't even used my heater yet except for when this guy left it running full blast 24/7. My sensi thermostat tells me what the outdoor configuration is set at, after he left the second time it once again said AC (this is what it displayed before his first visit too) , instead of heat pump. So I know it was the techs error completely. People make mistakes, if they had been nice and took care of this properly I would give 5 stars. However since I'm now out an extra $120 on my gas bill I wish I could give negative stars. I notified them of this on Wednesday and never heard back. Will never use them again.

Alien Air Conditioning and Heating just completed the APS Home Energy Audit and APS Advanced Air Conditioning Tune-Up on my home. Jose was the technician and I couldn't be happier with the job he did. Every step along the way Jose showed me what he was measuring and explained what it meant. It was also nice to see Jose wearing booties over his shoes when he was in my house and placing a tarp on the floor when he worked on the air handler and had to climb into the attic. We are all quick to complain about bad service especially when it is 110 degrees and your air conditioning unit is out. My husband and I are in our 70's and my husband is a 100% disabled Vet who has poor health. So having our air conditioning go out was a serious health issue. B3 went above and beyond to help us get our unit up and running. The issue was the Compressor and they found one and installed it in the dark to make sure we had air. We had another issues which turned out to be a bad Circuit breaker - again the owner was installing a new breaker and actually went to Lowes to purchase one at his own cost. What could have been a life threatening situation turned into a very positive situation thanks to B3. Thanks Katy and Keith for going above an beyond to help us resolve our issues last week. You are truly heroes in our book!!
