Incredible customer service and ever better quality of work. We had them rip up our kitchen and laundry flooring and install porcelain tiles throughout. It is stunning! They were on time, kept everything clean and were very professional. Just an all around wonderful experience. To top it off, my 3 year old son was so inquisitive and they let him help take out a few of the tile seperaters. It made his day and was beyond kind. We will always use this company.

New tile installed in living room, laundry, hallway and master bedroom. Replaced laminate flooring. Worked with Dave throughout the process of tile selection and installation. Good guy and knows his stuff, pricing was good too. Crew was very efficient at tile installation, communications sometimes difficult as they didn't speak much English. A bit disappointed after the crew was gone though. They failed to remove all the nails left in the baseboards from the shoe molding that was eliminated. And they washed out their grout buckets on my side yard which resulted in lots of caked grout in my neighbor's yard. Overall, I'd use them again but would pay closer attention to the details.

I called Daniel after several neighborhood recommendations either couldn't do the job or failed to respond and I searched Google. Five things set Daniel apart from 2 other floor crews I have had in my house.
1: He showed up exactly when he said he would show up and did exactly what he said he would do in his quote for the price he quoted
2: He walked in the house with tools in hand and immediately started working
3: He took one day and a couple of hours to lay almost 600ft of engineered hardwood in 4 bedrooms, put in new baseboards (painted and caulked), and transitions.
4: He fixed issues left behind from other installers.
5: When I say he cleaned up - I mean that the demo was stacked neatly in a pile, the leftover baseboards are stacked and arranged by size, the leftover paint/caulking, etc was bagged and set where I could easily put them away. He left no trash or residuals of any kind.
In addition, Daniel is a really likable person, knows his stuff when it comes to wood floors, and I highly recommend him and his crew. I am thinking of hiring him to do my bathroom remodels.

Poor quality, refuses to refund. Work was done incorrectly from the beginning, confirmed by multiple professionals including the company themselves after seeing what their workers had done. Hire at your own risk. A year later and now I’m living without flooring.

My complex uses this company to replace carpets in the units. They showed up a day early unannounced, left before I could get home from work, and never came back on the day they were scheduled. We were scheduled for them to come on a weekend and when we called they said they are closed. This company is very unprofessional and inconvenient.

We have used Hernan’s Custom Tile and Stone several times in the past 6 years. We have had tile flooring installed as well as counter-to-ceiling kitchen backsplash, bathroom tile repair, and a floor-to-ceiling layered stone living room wall. All projects are beautifully done. Hernan and his crew are professional, friendly, and pay a great deal of attention to quality detail work. We always call Hernan for our tile and stonework needs.

One of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Constant inappropriate behavior. High school drama. Favoritism. Supervisor and managers are disrespectful and do not care about your success as an employee. Training was ridiculous and they do not care. Its a joke how bad training is around the office. Lindsay Anderson(Director) laughs about it. Things weren't going good for the company as a whole. Constant mistakes. Losing money and bad service. That's why the turnover rate is really high.
