A man that says what he does then does what he says is rare in business and I feel grateful I found this company! Was somewhat skeptical when Andrew knocked on my door to advertise their services, but was quickly put at ease by his professionalism and knowledge regarding pest control. He thoroughly explained their process and the contract fees involved. Compared to other big companies, their pricing was much better and I love using small businesses whenever I can. The initial appt was scheduled for the following day and the technician, Seth, was prompt and called ahead as I had requested. He was thorough in treating both the inside and outside of our home. He again explained everything and encouraged us to call if we had any subsequent issues prior to the next appt. I’m so glad we went with Greenway Pest Control, so far it’s been a great experience!!

I love proactive! They came right on time no issues, the pest technician was very professional and nice. I am definitely continuing to use them and would recommend to anyone looking for pest help.

My equipment is leaking at the pump (small pin hole in the metal case) and the shroud is cracked. We bought the equipment less than two years ago but have only used it about a dozen times and it has been garage kept. They told me there was nothing they could do about the pin hole as they didn't believe the pump manufacture would cover it. They never bothered to get back to me about the shroud. When I bought it they delayed shipping also. Save yourself some aggravation and buy elsewhere.
