They never called me back, so I'm thinking their customer service is lacking.

Had a 100 year old pine tree that unfortunately had to go, Design true maintenance was prompt and courteous And did a great job not disturbing my neighbors! Would absolutely use them in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for all Tree maintenance and landscaping needs

USE THIS COMPANY!!! I've had my tree trimmed three times. It's a massive tree that I love but have been curious if I should have it removed because each time it's cut, it looks worse. I've thought, Does anyone know what they're doing??? That answer is YES!!! TREETIME DESIGN is incredible!! They're also easy to communicate with, full of ideas... just VERY helpful. I recommend them completely!! Thank you, guys!!!!!!

We checked these guys out for our desert style yard that only has a few blue palo verdes and some shrubs, but needed some TLC. There’s a ton of options for landscapers in Phoenix obviously but these guys were quick, courteous, and professional. Give em a shot!

I didn't know my yard could look as good as he gets it to look and I must admit that I am surprised every single time! Fair pricing and quality work all in one place? Yes please! I had Phoenix Trim-a-Tree come by and trim my large pine tree in my front yard. They did a phenomenal job trimming and cleaning up in a timely manor. I will definitely be using them again for future work.

Daniel arrived within the agreed appointment time and was super helpful and knowledgeable.
I will definitely keep them on my go-to list.

Had a massive Mesquite tree that I needed gone.
Fabian was quick with a quote, got me scheduled within a couple days and showed up on time.

Fabian and his guy skillfully removed the tree and cleaned up afterwards.

Should hire people that know how to drive your driver almost ran me off the road twice and cut me off almost clipping my vehicle. With my children in the car. Then they almost took out a firewood truck.

There is a big difference between a true arborist cutting and trimming your trees versus your neighborhood landscaper. They have absolutely resurrected a couple of my trees with structural pruning and the soil injection was absolutely phenomenal. I would recommend using tree care from, Moon Valley nurseries. They also removed a disgusting sisso tree for my mom's house and saved it from excessive invasive root damage.

I would totally recommend this company to anyone and everyone. They were very respectful and polite when communicating. After they finished the job they cleaned up and left it looking better than before. I am very satisfied with what they did 5 stars !

I’ve been using King's Tree Service to trim our palm trees for the past 4 years. They do outstanding work. They arrive on time or early for their appointments. The crew (usually 4 people) is very professional, efficient, and are all equipped with the proper safety and tree climbing gear. Once all the fronds are cut, they collect and load them into a wood chipper. After the trimming is finished they even clean up the yard. We have a pool and they always take great care to fish out as much debris as possible. They even move our patio furniture out of the way to prevent any damage. Top notch service. Would highly recommend.

I hired Hummingbird Tree Care last year and they did a fantastic job. However, I’ve attempted to hire them twice and twice they were a no show.

Our first no show was November 3rd 2022. Johnny confirmed our appointment about a two weeks prior. However, was then completely non responsive when we texted or called to verify we were still on for our appointment 24 hours before. Of course day of he never showed. We even called and texted to make sure he was ok? Again no explanation or return call.

After months of not hearing from him I called and spoke to him (this time he answered) I explained he had done work for us in the past and we would like to have him out to crown our tree. He asked if I could send him photos. I was driving at the time and forgot to send them. So the next day he texted me a reminder. I immediately sent photos. We exchanged texts and I was given a price of 1200.00. I agreed to the fee and he confirmed he would arrive on February 16th between 7-8am. I texted him on Monday the 13th to verify we’re still set (given our past experience). Again no response and again a no show on the 16th. I called both numbers he has on the internet with no option to leave a message with either. Therefore, I texted him and emailed him asking for an explanation? Again non responsive.

I am disgruntled because I took off work, boarded my dog, and picked up the yard/took down stringed light—all in anticipation of our trees being serviced. Not once but twice for him to no show. I find this disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

I guess he doesn’t value 1200.00 and lacks human decency to notify people of rescheduling or postponing a job if they’re setback due to inclement weather or employee shortages etc.

We are completely understanding people. Heck we offered him a second chance and didn’t hold the first no show against his company. However, two no shows is where I draw the line and write an honest review. Hopefully, others do not experience the unprofessionalism of hummingbird tree care.

Don’t waste your time with this company.

We called to get an estimate and they never showed up. They didn't even call to let us know. When you have 2 young kids and set an appointment, you end up working around that appointment.
