A/C quit working called Penguin Air in the morning and within hours they arrived and immediately found the problem. Justin ,the tech was professional, courteous and explained the problem. They have earned my business. Would highly recommend Penguin Air.

My A/C was making a high pitched squeak and I was certain a bearing was shot. I wanted the fan repaired before it got really hot.

James came out and checked the air filter which was clogged. I had replacement filters on hand. He replaced the filters and didn’t charge me for the service call.

I’m embarrassed that I didn’t figure out the problem myself but thankful The problem is solved. I will call JustAir when I have any other issues with my A/C.

Amazing customer service experience. The customer service rep was very transparent with costs- even what the cost was to diagnose the issue.
Also because we are a commercial building we needed to set up an account. They were prompt, quick and set this up in the same day. The technician William was prompt, friendly, very knowledgeable. He did check to ensure the unit was working properly before explaining to me what the issue was when our other tech inspected it. Very reliable, helpful and a great team of people to work with.

Contacted Daniel for some routine maintenance. Quick to respond, quick to schedule. Contacted me when he was on the way. Told me everything looked great when in the past other companies have tried to tell me I needed thousands of dollars of work. Honest and professional, what more could you ask for?!? We have been using five star air for a few years now. The people there are always friendly. They just installed a new ac unit for us and were very efficient and worked quickly. We highly recommend this company for your ac needs.

It was a couple of years since my AC was serviced. I called up a few big guys in the valley but they were booked up for several weeks. I decided to try these guys although they were relatively new and I am so glad I did. Not only did they service my AC but they also found that the fan on my outdoor AC unit was spinning the wrong way and was sucking in air instead of blowing it out. Looks like for the past several years it was wired incorrectly. They took their time to troubleshoot the issue and eventually fixed it without asking for additional charges. They did point me to a few issues since my system is 15 years old but at no point did they push me to get anything done.
I would highly recommend these guys. They seem to know their stuff and are honest.
(PS. I forgot the names of the 2 gentlemen who serviced my AC. I think it was Tom and Steve)

I called Gorilla Air today and they were able to come the same day and fix my AC unit for a fair price. The came and fixed my AC in less than 4 hours from my call this morning.
I have used them in the past and found them to have lower price compared to other quotes.

They are great!
