I strongly recommend Heraldo and technician Kevin. I was told by a different company that my AC system need to be replaced as it was not repairable. I called sun devils for second opinion. Kevin did the inspection and within 15 mins, identified the problem. Its the thermostat that is faulty not the AC system. At the end of the hour, we got our AC back. This happened this week when the temperature in the valley hit 118 degrees. I would reach Heraldo if i ever have issues with my HVAC in the future.

My A/C went out last night after business hours, called the office and left message figuring I would have to call back in the morning when office was open - 10 minutes after leaving message, I received a call back from AZ PerfectComfort from a very friendly and helpful dispatcher (sorry, I didn't catch her name) & she got me scheduled for 1st thing in the morning. Carlos, came out to look at an issue with my heat blowing intermittent. Carlos surveyed the system and found a bad fan motor. He called me explained everything that was wrong, sent pictures, it was very thorough. I had Carlos service the whole HVAC Unit and same pro service for this task. Very impressed, I would recommend to anyone need hvac work done. I found out Ace does, plumbing and Carlos set me up with Emil Emil had all the great qualities that Carlos has. He sent me a detailed list of all my plumbing issues and pictures and I had him complete all the tasks that were recommended. Carlos and Emil are great customer service people and I would recommend both for any of your HVAC and Plumbing needs! I’m a maintenance manager and I do this every day and I would hire Carlos and Emil to be on my staff!!!

In 2016 my rooftop AC gave out. I believe it was the original air conditioning From when the house was built in the 70s. I called a few companies that I won’t name and the prices were super high to replace it. Luckily I called Howard Air to come out and quote me, which thank god was a free estimate at that point.

Needless to say, I went with them because of their good price to replace the unit. Oh and side note.. the Ac unit was too old to get parts for which trust me I tried to do that at first. Not only was it a headache free experience but they gave me 4 free maintenance calls, 2 each year.

As far as there service of the initial installation and follow up maintenance calls the past 2 years, they have been nothing but professional, on-time, and have always answered any questions I had. The office has called me each time to schedule the appointments, which is nice considering my busy life. They have even come out on Saturday’s to avoid me having to take time off work.

The ac unit itself has been a blessing. It hasn’t had any issues in the 2 years I’ve had it, still blows cold, and has even saved me a good amount of money on my electricity bill considering it’s efficiency.

Overall I personally recommend Howard Air. Their customer service, price/value, and professionalism has made what turned a bad situation (in the summer in AZ with no AC) in a blessed one. And one last thing, there financing helped me a ton. I really hope this helps someone else who’s in a bind and at a loss.

This was amazing, we have American Home Shield and are central air went done friday afternoon just before Memorial Day Weekend.

Call was made to service department around noon and had a tech at my house within 5 hours same day. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly and didn't try and sell me anything. Took the time to explain to me the problem and said he would report his findings back to the office. So far working with the Howard Air company has truly impressed me. Update Howard Air installed two new A/C units yesterday 6/12/20 in our home. A could not believe how professional and extremely courteous the installation team was. The four of them moved thru out the process in harmony where each knew what the other needed and made the install look like a well practiced dance step for step. Kudos to the installers John , Joe , Pat and Alonso for simply a outstanding job. Again would highly rate this A/C company for your cooling and heating needs.

The service was very quick getting here within hours of our request for help rather than weeks quoted by another firm. The prices were fair and the work completed sooner than expected. Very responsive and always on time!

A company that boasts about being Non-Comission but has an incentive program that pushes technicians to sell units. If your unit is more than 10yrs old OR does not have a warranty I guarantee you that Adams Refrigeration will send their #1 seller, Marcus Pippin, to your door. Him and other techs will try to sell you a new unit even if the unit is repairable in order to get their bonus. Let's talk about the installs themselves... For the most part the installs turn out pretty decent as long as their Lead Installer is not working that day. Sloppy work, dirty finger prints everywhere, takes a few dozen cigarette breaks during the install, never wires up second stage on a 2 stage unit (decreasing overall performance and efficiency of the unit), not installing gas lines or flue pipes correctly (NOT TO CODE), Falsifying APS/SRP rebate forms, and has NO IDEA how the units he's installing actually work. It's astonishing how this company is still in business with work ethics such as these. BUYERS BEWARE!

Tom has been taking care of all my a/c and heater systems since 1998. They are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had new central air installed. It was an attic installation. Had to remove old furnace and air. They installed a new Day and Night 3.5 16 seer air and 90000 btu gas furnace along with an air scrubber. Everything is working great and the installers really knew their stuff. Left everything clean. I would recommend them if you need new air. You won't be disappointed.

B3 was sent out as the first contractor on an AC home warranty claim. They thoroughly assessed the issue and notified us that we most likely had a Freon leak, but would need to come back the next day to do some tests. Tim came out the second day and gave it to me straight. We had a leak in the coil and the costs of repair would be substantial considering the age and type of unit we had. The home warranty tried to delay everything and made our experience a nightmare, but Tim was in constant contact with me the entire time. After deciding to take a payout from the home warranty to buy a new unit, B3 was the easy choice. We were able to get a great deal on a new 16 seer 3.5 ton Train unit and the install took just over 4 hours. So far everything has worked perfectly and the home cools exponentially faster compared to the old unit. Couldn’t be happier with our decision. Tim is the guy you want to speak to and will make you confident in your buying choice.

Since everything is brand new - all he did was check to make sure everything is in working order and to change the filter in the AC unit. David is like a member of the family.
