Service Tech. Vicente Fernandez & his crew was very quick to diagnose the plumbing issue, they are very professional and clean with their equipment, went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied before leaving I highly recommended Champions Plumbing & Rooter !

Minus a couple minor things the plumbers were outstanding (Rodney and I forgot the name of the second plumber but he installed two toilets for me). What I was not happy about was the invoice part. I was advised by my insurance company that I would not be reimbursed for the diagnostic charge if it read “waived”. I requested a new invoice and it took 4 calls before the invoice was corrected and sent to my insurance company. I will not name who it is but I felt like that person could care less about my time and the money that I should have been reimbursed for by my insurance company. No follow up calls to me. I had to reach out again to determine if it was corrected. I would give more stars but this threw a wrench in it. Ive been loyal to APES for a few jobs now but now I’m not sure.

They are great. They did a wonderful job, good price, and are a family business. I would highly recommend them and I will call them again for any plumbing jobs I may have. Thanks Edwards!

Plumber performed an excellent job analysing and identifying the plumbing problem we were experiencing and then performing quality, meticulous work to resolve it. He was timely, courteous, informative, and diligent in his investigation of what turned out to be a strange problem caused by some work done by a prior homeowner. We received a consultation and quotation from him as well, but we preferred the procedure and strategy. We'll definitely contact him if we have any future plumbing issues.

Day & Night service is excellent. They were available the next day when my A/C broke and was not cooling. May be the timing of it, but other servicing companies I called had at least a week of waiting. Very professional in handling the phone calls and service at home. Suggested good options and fixed my issue in 30 minutes.

I recently purchased my first home. Needless to say me and my boyfriend are pretty clueless when it comes to maintenance so we purchased a home warranty plan. A few days ago our AC goes out (just as soon as we are starting to hit triple digits) so I put in a service call. First they referred me to some company where I left multiple messages for 24hrs and never spoke to anyone. I call my home warranty service back the next day to complain and they refer me to A Better PlaceLLC. I received a call from Scott (the owner) saying he would be out that day and he was at my home a few hours later. He's professional, confident, has a sincere friendly quality, knows what he's talking about and keeps it real. He's also friendly with pets :), my lil 4yr old french bulldog Bella was having the best time trying to distract him in anyway she could. After finding the issue with the AC he made a call in my favor to the warranty company that helped ensure that they cover the replacement part right away. He had the part readily available, and AC was back that night. From now on when I call my home warranty service I will only request A Better Place and should be TOP on the list. I also hired Scott to clean the coils of the air handler to help maintain the unit and have it working efficiently for the rest of the summer. He squeezed it into his schedule and returned the same week. This maintenance service is not covered by home warranty plans. The quote he gave me was the MOST REASONABLE PRICE OUT THERE, and you couldn't ask for any better service. A Better Place is truly the BEST PLACE. I highly recommend you CALL THEM FIRST. After 3 co.’s failing, misleading and overcharging, Joe (owner) diagnosed the underground leaks in my irrigation system, carefully repaired major leaks and replaced valves. He and his son Brandon attended
to detail and went beyond plumbing repairs caring for my trees and plants.

Our AC went out early on a Sunday morning….they sent out a technician to find out that the fan they had just put in a month earlier broke. Had to wait till Monday to order the part's….after going 24 hours without A/C I called and talked to Marisa who made sure we got a portable unit brought out right away! Demond P. Came with the unit and set it up and they put a rush on the part to have it overnighted. Both Marisa and Demond were courteous and sympathetic for our situation and made sure they did what they could to help while we waited for the part.

Mico and his Team came out and got to work. They did a great job on re-piping my home. Extremely professional, quick and did the job done on a timely manner. They were clean and make sure everything was put back the way it supposed to be. Their price were affordable and will work with their customer need. They will go out of their way to make the customer happy. Way to go!
