APES is the company to call if you are looking for someone who will treat you like you are an ape (I guess that’s what they are company stands for, apes). I was referred to them by my leasing company; the lady dispatcher was very rude yelled at me and was very condescending. I rather live with my plumbing issue or pay out of pocket before letting someone treat me like that

I had 1st Choice come by to give me an estimate. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were on time and called to ask about my mask preference. I haven't decided if they will get the business or not yet but up to this point, I'm impressed!

Really great service. The technician was extremely helpful and took the time to help with a smart thermostat install even though the groupon was only for an AC tune up. He also replaced some old wiring. I'm so glad I found a company that isn't just trying to sell you a new AC unit (my Trane is 27 years old). Look no further for HVAC service.

Chuck was outstanding. He made sure to get to me quickly due to my illness, and having NO AC when it was 113 outside. He found the problem quickly and remedied it in a flash. And we were back to being comfortable.George Brazil has always impressed us. Always making sure even the slightest detail is correct. The techs are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable and the safeguards they put into place to just enter your home are astounding.

Daniel and his crew did an awesome job. Showed up on time, no muss no fuss. Everything works great finished on time and the salvage company was right behind them. I was very impressed with the sales and installation of my new AC/Heat pump, which was installed yesterday. I spoke to Ryan on Wednesday December 15th to discuss pricing and installation. Ryan was respectful, courteous and helpful in my decision. The unit was installed yesterday, December 17th by Jeremy who also was courteous and very knowledgeable of the product he was installing and answered all my questions plus did a great job cleaning up when he was finished. It’s awesome to find people like them in today’s world. I can’t say enough positive things about the company, Comfort Experts.
