We had an issue with our ac. Penguin was prompt to respond. We ended up replacing our unit. Penguin worked with our schedules, they were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and all around great. From our first interaction, to calling the office with questions, to follow up to ensure everything was working up to standard. We are very happy with our experience! Great company!!

Scott Dale was awesome. He arrived 45 minutes earlier than projected start window which worked out great. He was very polite, professional and asked thorough questions for purpose of visit.
He was able to resolve the issue with the heat pump and had it properly running in about 10 minutes. Then, performed thorough inspection of the unit.

We just had Jason and Jesse out to service the two units we have. They were on time, professional, and thorough. They also educated us on a few things that we can do to keep the units in top shape. I bought a TRANE air conditioner from Comfort One Air Conditioning about 5 years ago. I had a problem with the thermostat about two years ago and they came right out and changed it out for me. No charge. Today when I got home from work I noticed the house wasn’t cooling so I called Comfort One about 1:45 pm and by 3:00 pm John was at my house. Air conditioner had froze up and he was able to get it repaired and did some maintenance that was due at the same time. Incredibly great service! My three furry dogs are also very thankful the air is back on!

Howard Air has been wonderful to work with. Our main AC unit had a melt down and needed to be replaced in August the day before we were to leave on vacation. Howard Air installed a loaner unit that ran for the two months while we were gone. We had two new units installed in November and are grateful for the professionalism that all employees we came in contact with displayed. Steven our rep was knowledgeable, understanding and professional, he listened and addressed all of our concerns. The service crew that installed our new units were all efficient, conscientious,and detail oriented. They were on time for every appointment; truly a customer oriented top notch company.

Professional! I called on Jimmy thinking I had an A/C problem, but when he came found no A/C problem, rather other problems. He took the time to investigate even though he knew right away it was not an A/C problem then hooked me up with the right people. No charge for his hour with me. Truly professional and knowledgeable.
