From the initial phone call to the service performed every thing was A++. Called late on a Friday and had service technician on Saturday.

I received a heater inspection with Penguin Air, Plumbing, & Electrical and JD. was my representative. He serviced my heater, explained what this entailed, gave me an estimate, and options for suggested work to get completed. JD did a great job, he is passionate about his trade, takes pride in his work and I highly recommend him.

The guy Robert that did my work he was amazing.
He was fast, reliable, reasonable, cleaned up after himself he had a great personality friendly demeanor about him. I would recommend him to all my friends you need a trustworthy plumber give him a call.

I can't fully express how appreciative I am of the level of support and service I received from technicians. Not only were they able to respond to my request for maintenance quickly, but they were patient enough to wait until we heard back from our Warranty people to approve the work needed. A few years ago I had REEis replace an an old AC unit. They moved the interior components of a spilt system from a wall closet to the attic. They great job, very happy when the result. Though recently I called them to have another system replaced and never heard back from them,
