I had a new heatpump and airhandler system installed by the professionals at Penguin Air. It started off with Jeff coming to my home to do the initial inspection, design the new system and ultimately providing a quote. The quote came in quite a bit cheaper than another competitor, so combined with Jeff's positivity, professionalism and technical know-how, I signed the agreement.The system was scheduled for installation 2 days form signing the estimate; Talk about fast! Caleb and Brian were the techs that came out to do the install. Caleb called me to give a heads up that they were on the way and arrived right on time!It was quite a difficult job, but Caleb and Brian persevered and after a 10 hour day left my home with a fully functioning system! I was very impressed by their professionalism throughout the process.Overall, Penguin Air did great work and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others or bring them back out to my home for any service or additional needs in the future! Great job.

This company was very responsive. The owner is nice and professional, and the people who set appointments are very nice. Their price was reasonable and when they finished the work, they took care to clean up after themselves. I would use this company again.

My A/C broke and it needed to be replaced I called King mechanical the owner came to my house in 30 minutes he gave me an amazing deal on a new A/C unit. The installers came in record time and installed the new A/C unit. This is a wonderful company I am extremely satisfied with there work. Friendly professional and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this company.

I sent an email at 4:30 pm describing the problem. Danelle responded within an hour and scheduled a visit for the next morning. Joe was thorough. He showed me how to re-initialize the system which sometimes fixes some problems. He checked everything and confirmed that the system was working properly before he left.

Chris did a great job repairing my A/C unit. He was able to fix in one day. Select Home warranty sucks at life but at least Alien A/C got it done. At first I was less then impressed with Alien but soon found out not was Select Home Warranty that sucked at life.

On a Friday night that was 100 degrees one of my AC units was blowing warm air so I called Comfort One AC. Jessica took my call and said that they could have someone out on Saturday morning! She told me that Juha would be out at 7:00 am. Juha showed up on TIME! He diagnosed my AC unit (it's 25 years old) and had the needed parts in his van and was able to get me up and running in no time! There was no sales pitch to get me to replace my old unit. I know that someday I will need to replace it and I will be calling Comfort One when I do. I highly recommend them for all of your heating and cooling needs. They are a GREAT and very honest company that won't try to upsell you. Thanks guys for the great service!

The service was thorough and excellent. Chase came to our house for our semi-annual service and really went through the whole system front to back, checking and cleaning and putting everything in order to make sure that our old system was working as intended. We were very pleased with the diligence and attention to detail, and the excellent and honest service provided by Howard Air.

We were referred to Jimmy from a family friend. They were on time and polite when they came to look at my AC unit. They got me a quote for a new system and were really thorough and informative. They charged the Freon in our system to make it work while we made a final decision on our new system. We just decided to do a solar project and to lump the HVAC unit into it. I look forward to working with Jimmy as the project progresses. I will do my best to update my review once the project is complete!

I have used Comfort Experts for many years to service my ac unit. When it came time to replace the unit, Ryan was right there to walk me through the whole process. Their knowledge of all brands really made it easy to choose the right unit for my house. I could not believe how easy and quick he made the process. Too bad he can’t clone himself and just take over for all of the other so called Ac technicians out there. Grade A service!
