Repairman Jeff Brost came to my rescue on a sweltering Sunday afternoon. Jeff was honest about the required repair. He got my AC up and running and gave me some pro tips about routine maintenance.

The installation fees were high for warranty work, but that should be no reflection on the service provided.

Shout out to Billy Easley who came to my house and actually spent some time diagnosing my system. He came up with an unusual diagnosis. He was respectful, smart and on time. A competitor had looked at the system, gave me a typical diagnosis and never called back or followed through. Probably because they didn't really know what was wrong.In the meantime, I'm a senior citizen and night time temperatures are below freezing. I have no heater and no solution.Until Billy showed up. He said he'd put Urgent on getting the part, but I should use a space heater until he could get back next week. At least I know where I stand.I'm grateful Billy showed up and I am finally on the way to having my heater back on.

Denis always goes above and beyond the call of duty! He is a great communicator and trouble shooter. Has solved some difficult electrical issues in the past and is a pleasure to have in our home.

I could not have been happier with the work done by Ryan and his team on the replacement of my whole system, heating and cooling. They were clean, neat, professional, and conscientious during the entire process. I had 3 bids but ended up choosing Ryan since he is a knowledgeable business owner and I felt he would have his name at stake. I was not disappointed. He gave me several choices for the equipment, I was never oversold...he simply explained the differences between units and allowed me to make the best decision for my situation, taking all the time I needed. His team was careful and did all they could to keep the dirt and insulation from installing the heating system, on tarps and in the end, they vacuumed as well. One vent did accumulate some insulation from installation and when Ryan called to check on things after installation of the systems, I mentioned this. I was just going to clean it myself, however, Ryan himself insisted on coming right out to clean the vent and wash the vent. I mention this to show the level of detail Ryan took...and his team was the same. The units were both Carrier products. Also, his team corrected the duct work and there is a noticeable difference in the balance of warmth coming thru all vents. I imagine once I begin using the AC, the result will be the same. And the AC is definitely a much more adequate Seer size for my home. The platform the AC is on was also changed out to a concrete platform instead of the plastic platform. This is a 16 Seer, 2 stage system from Carrier. I am looking forward to a comfortable and problem free summer season with the new equipment.

Just went through a renovation, and out of everyone I hired, Howard Air was the best contractor to work with. They went above and beyond to meet my needs, and were always on schedule and in contact. If everyone tried as hard as they do, the world would be a much better place!

Great company and great people. Tim came out and provided a great quote beating all of our other estimates. Explained everything to us and let us know of their included warranty. They worked around our schedule for the install. Tony and Ashey showed up on time and did an excellent install. Friendly and professional the whole way through. Cleaned up after install and left area better than they found it. Would recommend this company to anyone needing any of their services. Will definitely be my go to company for anything I ever need in the future. They definitely live up to their name.

I can’t say enough good things about how great our technician Lyle was. He showed up right on time for each appointment and worked hard to get everything done in a timely manner. He also went on his own and double checked a unit we didn’t think we had an issue with and found a gas leak that we didn’t know we had. He didn’t have to go the extra mile but he did. We will be using Larson AC as long as we live in AZ. Hopefully the company reads this because I need LYLE to get a day off for his hard work. Wanted to briefly share my experiences in working with ACA. They are a first class company, and really care about customer service and ensuring that I am totally satisfied.I’ve been using ACA for a few years to perform annual maintenance on our A/C. They are on-time and do a great job. If they notice items that need attention, they make recommendations based on their system inspection, but don’t try to sell you things that your system doesn’t need. I highly recommend the annual maintenance service plan.Time came to get a new system. Glad I went with ACA. They recommended a great system, performed a pre-install walk-through to ensure everyone was on the same page, and did a great job with the install.Samantha – there isn’t a better office manager. She is very friendly, organized, and diligent. She followed up with me every step of the way. She worked with Trane on getting my warranty submitted and assisted with the submission of the rebates.Mark – as I mentioned above, I’ve been using ACA for a few years to perform annual maintenance on our A/C. Mark is the best. He’s on-time, does a thorough inspection and does a great job of performing the annual maintenance. When we were ready for a new system, Mark made system recommendations and assisted us in our decision making process. We went with the XV20i and 3 zones.Phil and Hunter – they did a great job on the install. We had a new system installed with 3 zones, all new ductwork, and new returns/vents. Their attention to detail with installing the system and ductwork is impressive to say the least. They also did a very good job of cleaning up after the install was finished.
