Nathan W. came out to look at my a/c unit that stopped working and I honestly couldnt have asked for a better technician! He was right on time, very professional and friendly but most importantly HONEST! He even went as far as to explain every step of his trouble shooting and was upfront with any cost associated with repairs before he made them. I’ll be a continuing penguin air customer going forward thanks to Nathan. Highly recommend

Tim and Jarred took the time to fully explain the installed product.

We have used their services for several years and they have assisted us with everything needed to maintain a home in Az. We are only here in the winter months and they are totally in charge of our home while we are away. Our experiences with Jessica and Kevin have been the best. They have gone out of their way to accommodate all of our requests even dropping off our car at the Scottsdale airport and returning the car to our home upon our departure. We used king mechanical about 3 years ago when we replaced 3 ac units in our house. At first everything seemed great, install was much quicker than we expected, but everything seemed to have gone smooth.

The issues started about 2 months after install. The condensation pan to one of units started leaking, we called them out and they said there was a clog and that’s why it caused a leak in my ceiling. There should have been no clog, that should have been cleaned before it was installed. Then A few weeks later one of the brand new thermostats they installed stopped working, they pretty much told me I was on my own with that and I had to call the thermostat company and I ended up installing a new one myself. Now lets forward to November, so about 6 months after install, we try to turn the heat on down stairs and it doesn’t work, we call them back out. They came out and said they got the heat working, GREAT! fast forward a few months later we go to use the air where they fixed the heat… guess what the a/c doesn’t work ?? we have had to call them out literally every 6 months because we can either get heat or a/c, but we can’t have both. Now it’s just about 3 years later, I have had 2 condensation pans leaks, and 2 out of the 3 brand new units do not work. They will not answer phone calls or texts. after this review I will also be reporting to the bbb and the ROC.

Bradley came out on a Sunday evening to help with an AC issue. My AC wasn’t connecting to my thermostat. I was so worried my smart thermostat just junked out on me,I was totally bummed that I would have to pay a service fee for a problem that was unrelated to the issue. Sure enough Bradley checked a few things and then doubled check a few things and realized what the problem was. He fixed my wire, signed me up for a three year service package, and was on his way! I was with one of those “corporate” AC companies that would not even give an option to come out and look at it until the next day! These guys were out in the matter of an hour to fix my problem. Highly recommend.

Within 24 hours Lincoln Air managed to have an older AC Unit at my rental property up and running again. I was out of town, and their ability to quickly respond, without too much of my own involvement was definitely appreciated! Highly recommended!!!

I've never used Goliath Mechanical before. Larvell arrived on time. He was personable and professional when it came to dealing with customers. He answered all of my questions and explained what he was going to do in great detail. He kept me updated every step of the way. His job was excellent, and I was pleased with it. I want to use their services again in the not-too-distant future! They are my air conditioning team for life!!

When your home is less than three years old the last thing you expect is for your AC motor to go out in the middle of August. Thankfully we called Comfort Experts! Ryan worked quickly and efficiently to get our system back up and running. Our family is so grateful for his hard work!
