It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I hike highly recommend this company.

Jake was trained for 3 months by the best at Cave Creek Septic. I guess everyone needs to start and learn somewhere.

I actually called a local plumber whom I I’ve used for 7 years, and was transferred to Anthony’s because he was attending to his father who was ill. Okay I thought seems a decent thing to support a local company in his absence. The kitchen faucet handle broke so I purchased a new one that was ready to fit. I was told it would be a $49 call out charge no matter what.

I was out initially and my wife called to say she had to sign and agree to a $350 charge before the job could begin. I got home and the job was 70% done. I asked the tech why for a simple mixer faucet was it so much? He then presented me with a bill for $442. I was livid.

Based on the fact the tech started at 9:05am and almost finished at 9:25am, that works out to $1326 an HOUR. I spoke to his supervisor, who couldn’t grasp the hourly rate I mentioned , and instructed me they charge a flat fee no matter how long it takes? We had a heated discussion but he basically said ok, I’ll tell the tech to remove what he’s done and charge just the $49. And told me other plumbing companies would charge the same. I asked him if he knew what a cartel was. Wasn’t worth the time.

So you’d rather waste the techs time and ours to prove your justification for this absurd price for a simple 20min job. It was too late so he finished and I asked for any discount, or was that forbidden. We got 10%. On the bill was $395. So that wasn’t right either.

To be fair the tech was polite and did a good job, albeit feeling awkward now with an irate customer. Also note they insisted on installing new “ supply lines” which replaced new supply lines installed only a year before and in excellent condition. I was told it’s company practice. I’m sure it is. The tech left.

I had to call back to have the faucet centered up, as it wasn’t done the right way. No charge for that 3min service.

I don’t like giving bad reviews and I’m sure the skills and plumbing is good quality, but your pricing sucks. It’s a horrible business practice gouging customers just before you start the job, to pressure them. I won’t be using this plumbing service again. The extra star is for your tech, whom I felt embarrassed for having to deal with this.

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. Thank you so much - Complete Plumbing & Drain is HIGHLY recommended and we will be saving their number. A+++++++

Called and emailed several times to get a quote for my septic system to get fixed. Followed up 4 times and they never got back to me. Sad that the basics of getting back to customers is not followed. Everyone is busy and has lots of work but these companies won't survive when they are competing for customers again. Don't waste your time and steer clear.

Rooter Ranger was great! Casey the technician that came out same day that I called for repair, answered all my questions and concerns and was very helpful to fully understanding the problem for my sink. He came In and was able to get done really quickly. Highly recommend this company to anybody who is having problems with any plumbing. Will certainly use them in the future for any repairs!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. Thomas came out and repaired the toilet water inlet line. He replaced the original plastic parts witty quality metal parts and came when I explained it was kind of an emergency. That was the best thing is that they were able to get it done fast. Yea I would use them again and recommend to any one.The second time I needed them Lupe cam out. I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They’re quick to respond and do an excellent job. 5 stars out of 5Third time, Bill came out and replaced another leaky faucet. And on the same day! I trusted him to do it without me being there. These guys are great!

this is one of very very few(i'm sure)m honest companies here that I have found. I just thank God that I decided to work with them. Prompt, Professional, great work and just really really good people all around. They had quite a bit of work to do including digging, breaking up roots, moving dirt etc and when they were finished, you couldn't even tell they were here at all. Excellent. Thank you

We had a sun pump issue and crawling space was full of water. It happened on weekend of course :) and I don’t remember how many companies we called. Left so many messages. People never even called us back. This Plumbing services responded right a way, and stayed in touch with us until technician came in. I am so sorry that I don’t remember both of their names. But everything was done so professionally and so fast! It’s so important when you really need this help and specifically when nobody else is available. We had a great experience with you guys! Had a little problem with my septic system. Gave Sunset Septic a quick call and my problem was solved! Quick response, very reasonable pricing and the guys that came out were great! They came out and diagnosed the problem, showed me what had happened, gave me a fair upfront price and showed me some tips on how to help keep my system maintained. The work was completed quickly and they made sure the area they were working in was left as good as they found it!

Awesome service!! Even threw in some extra work on some initially unnoticed issues for free. About $400 cheaper for the same work vs Stirling Plumbing. They did all the work in one day, literally, 8AM to 8PM plus two hours the next day, while Stirling just did two things in the two hour time slot. The bathroom leak appeared to have bee happening for some time (had all the emergency valves replaced and not just the leaking one because none of them worked) and he helped get hooked up with the mold people and helped him make the initial insurance interactions a breeze
