Called this place to schedule a pumping and they were 1 month out. I waited a whole month and they never called and never showed. I spoke with Wally and he says he called and his driver called but obviously they didn’t because there is no proof in my call log of them calling. Point is they don’t care. They don’t even try to accommodate you. They want me to wait a whole month again. Unprofessional. If there first job is 8-9am then they should make someone work 7-8 to get a job done that they didn’t get done in the first place. East fix but these guys don’t care.

This is an amazing company and if you are having septic issue, this is the place to go and Jake is the guy you WANT to talk to. There is nothing they haven't seen and they will fix your issue.

My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. First time using Anthony's Plumbing as we had prior bad experiences with other companies. Im pleased to say the call and appointment set up was fast and easy, the office kept me up to date and even offered to come ahead of schedule a couple times when they finished other jobs early which was great! Technician Lupe was very knowledgeable and professional. He was bar none the best plumber that we have ever had. He explained various options and did an excellent and very fast repair. I highly recommend Anthony's Plumbing. I know we will be using them again if we need any help with plumbing.

My hose bib broke in the middle of the night so I had to shop around for plumbers. I chose Plomero because they were more practical and gave more options. They texted and called when there was an update. The tech came and fixed the problem in a good time and even explained what he did. Bryan did an excellent job and will use them again in the future.

What a dream team, we called desperate for assistance and received same day service. They arrived right on time in the dark and got to heavy work with the latest skills and tools to fix a stubborn drain clog. We are grateful to have found them and will be calling them back for Septic service as they will be offering that soon. We now have a happy drain and a functional toilet again. Thought I had a plugged drain but it was a full septic tank. I called 4 or 5 places to get it pumped out but everyone was telling me that it would be next week before they can get to it. I called Septic Medic and was told the same thing. When I told the lady on the phone that it was full and can't drain, she put me on hold. After a few minutes on hold, she said that she would have someone heading my way in a few minutes. It was 4:00 pm when I called and he was here in about 30 minutes. I already had the small service port on the tank exposed but the driver (Kyle) said it would be better if he could get in through the larger port to make sure he can get all of the waste out. He dug with a shovel until he found it, then chipped away at concrete that was poured on top of the tank until the sun was almost gone. He could have just taken the easy way out and used the port that I had already opened (I wouldn't have known the difference), but he wanted to do the job right. Septic Medic went above and beyond to take care of me today. They did not charge for emergency service, but I would have gladly paid it. These people care about their business and reputation. I will always use and recommend them. THANK YOU FOR THE HELP TODAY!!

We had the misfortune of noticing a small leak in our washer connection today above all things on a Holiday. We called several plumbers to resolve the issue without any success in avoiding a premium fee due to the Holiday. Some even quoted us $875 minimum to repipe behind our walls. Luckily Dan from Rooter Ranger showed up while another plumbing company was still on site and although most vendors wouldn’t want to compete with another company I asked Dan to give me a second opinion. He politely entered our home said hello to the other guy and asked if he could try reconnecting the hoses. He did his homework and noticed the house was built about a year ago and diagnosed the problem and said the other guys were trying to rip you off without speaking for them and not in those words. He tested our lines and fixed the problem in no time and didn’t even charge us for it. I remembered a slow flushing toilet and felt obliged to ask him to take a look. He fixed both problems and charged us a nominal fee. Rooter Ranger will be our plumbing company for life. They are honest and very efficient at what they do. Dan especially was the utmost professional and I wouldn’t think twice about using them again.

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. Another great experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing.  Tyler came out for our annual hot water heater flush and general maintenance check, everything went well, except our water pressure was showing a very low reading.  Not only did Tyler and Joe, touch base on how to resolve this with the City of Scottsdale, they came back and re-read the meter, as well as rechecked some additional factors that might have been causing the low pressure.  Tyler even offered to come back again to meet the City of Scottsdale rep.They found the source of the problem and blew out the pipe, clearing it out and our pressure was back to normal!  Both Tyler and Joe really went above and beyond as usual to make sure our experience was nothing but 100%!!!  No other business is comparable!
