What a great company. I scheduled online, they called within a half hour to make sure they had all my information. Very friendly. The day of service they called, were here quickly, Ricky checked my system, found some major conditions. He worked with me too find the solution that worked for me. Did the job in a timely manner. I was grateful that we had an over cast day as I felt bad he had to work in the heat of the day. Ricky got me on the maintenance plan so I can avoid any more situations as I did today. Thank you Ricky be blessed!

Very friendly and knowledgeable service technician however I engaged a competing reputable service provider for less than half the repair quote cost I received from Howard Air.

Rose is awesome. She is very responsive and cares about her customers. She was on time and able to diagnose the problem very quickly. She had the necessary parts on her truck and completed the repair. Thanks to rose we didn’t have to spend an overnight in a hot home during middle of summer in Phoenix when temperature exceeded 114 degrees earlier in the day.

Service was great! Very professional, timely and personable! Would highly recommend him for service!

I have used Larson Air for quite a few years. They are top-notch and very professional techs. They take tons of photos to show you exactly what is going on with your system and explain everything in detail. I would highly recommend them.

It’s not often I am impressed enough to write a review about a service provider. When I needed expert advice about HVAC ducting for our room addition, I called Scottsdale Air. First, I spoke with Robin. When I wasn’t sure how to articulate information I was looking for, she somehow knew exactly what to ask me so I could further explain it. Within an hour, the owner, Mike, called me and offered to drop by to take a look at the layout of our addition. The next day, he spent nearly an hour at our house going over the plans, explaining how to determine which size HVAC system I needed and answering all of my questions – I had a lot! He explained what I needed to do to maximize efficiency of the system and showed me where to install all of the registers. I could not have done it without him and I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to spend so much time helping me. That kind of service is hard to find these days! I highly recommend Scottsdale Air to anyone considering a new HVAC or needing help with repairs. FIVE STARS!

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend

We called late last night because our AC system broke. While other companies advertise themselves as “24 hour emergency repair” they were the only ones who were willing and able to show up and do the work. Casey was at my house within the hour and fixed the system as well as explained the problem and what he did/how he did it as well as tips on how to keep it from happening again. 5/5 would recommend and we will definitely call them again should we need their services
