Best Clean Up in Phoenix AZ

Had a new Lennox heat pump system installed to replace a 15-year-old system in our home (which was also installed by Hobaica). Hobaica technician Travis Vonau told us he had noted water leakage in the air handler's pan, but was unsure as to a particular cause. So, although our old system was still working, it was showing signs of unreliability and age. We decided to replace the unit now to avoid both future problems and an energy-standard-related A/C price increase in 2023. Technicians Ivan Pacheco and Tristan Burke installed our new system quickly and professionally and, so far, the unit is working very well! Plus, our Hobaica rep, Jared, kept in touch with us before, during and after the install. Great people and service, highly recommend!

Wow !!!! James is amazing employee .. I assume they already know that . I was impressed with his service . Faster then expected lol he even smelled good . He was honest which surprised me….. He even referred a program which might be able to help me with my major repair . He also got my unit running until I can afford the much needed part . The price was Exactly what they quoted not a much different price when they arrive I won’t hesitate in the future to contact them again for a repair . D&N is now my go tofor home servicing! The service was great, a professional was sent right away. It was on a Saturday! This person was knowledgeable and diagnosed/fixed the leak under my sink quickly. The prices are very reasonable and my serviceman, Mr. Jacobe, was professional and nice. I am very pleased with Howard Air. We had our HVAC system replaced with a new Trane gas furnace and AC. Several things were installed incorrectly with the old system, including ductwork, drainage system and drain pan, outdated electrical box. These were all corrected with custom fitted ductwork, new drain lines and a larger custom made drain pan, new electrical box and conduit for the AC outside. Kyle and Terrence came and worked patiently in the rain all day. They were very careful not to track any dirt through the house and put canvas tarps over all my new carpet.They worked steadily all day and were polite and pleasant.At the end of the day they cleaned everything up and vacuumed the floors. They removed all the old system and new packaging materials.Scott did a great job helping us select a system and informing us of all the features.They communicated well and came on time and did what they promised to do. Great company!

The Plumbing technician did great work, fast friendly and efficient. Work looks great and he cleaned everything better than when he came. Respectful of my needs and I never felt pressured into making a decision. Would highly recommend them in the future.

Art, the technician that came out to my home was professional, efficient and highly knowledgable. He took the time to update my file on the location of the AC units, as it was incorrectly documented by the previous technician. He also provided a thorough checklist and report and took the time to explain any questions I had. I highly recommend this company.

With the frequent storms we've experienced during monsoon season we had a few power outages causing my AC thermostat to malfunction. I called my good friend Mindy to simply ask a few questions & steer me in the right direction BUT she figured out the problem over the phone! Her expertise and knowledge is top grade! AccuTemp came out to assess my AC and the tech, by his own statement, stripped out the threads on the service valve so it constantly leaks. GM Joey Murley refused to fix it and my AC has not work in over 5 months because they damaged the unit and refuse to fix it. Joey Murley has done nothing but tell me lie after lie after lie such that I know that he is lying to me whenever he opens his mouth. He flat out lied to me right to my face and told me the service valve they damaged was not leaking and when he left and I checked and, contrary to his flat out lie to my face, it was leaking severely. I am waiting for the Registrar of Contractors to investigate. AccuTemp damaged my unit and abandoned the job leaving me with no AC for over 5 months. And the review that follows by Cathy Murley only proves that she is as big a liar as her son. Nothing got resolved. They came out and my AC had a service valve/Schader valve leak which was worse after they left and after they left after that, my AC does not work at all and will not even turn on at all and I have been with AC all summer and heat all winter. Joey and Cathy Murley are the 2 most untruthful people I have even met in my entire life and working with them has been a complete nightmare.

I had a 4-6 pm window. The office called and asked if 12-2 pm would work to replace my hot water heater. I said yes!!! Sabrina, the office lady, was helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. Aaron arrived around noon. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained everything clearly. He was honest. Then went right to work and completed the job thoroughly and in a short amount of time. He represents the company well. I love Pro Skill. I highly recommend this company. We have used them before and will definitely have them out again. Pat always takes care of our a/c and furnace needs. He’s professional, punctual, wonderful to deal with (our dog seconds this), and is trustworthy. Pat is the best!
