Best Annual Furnace Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

I am leaving 5 stars due to my technician Matt Tanner being so great. However I would give 2 stars to the customer service team due to telling me I'd be notified 30 mins before the technicians's arrival, but he didn't come until an hour after the notification and 1 hour after my scheduled end time of the 3 hr appointment window. Matt was VERY nice even though I told him how upset I was at the late arrival, due to lack of communication from his dispatchers. He was knowledgeable, friendly, quick, kind and patient with me. That says a lot from a technician and I hope he is recogized for these traits! When I called customer service to tell them they should notify customers when a technician will be so late beyond the appointment window, they were snippy and rude and didn't seem to care about customer feedback. Overall, yes I'd use Goettl again and think their technicians are well trained and nice.

Great family owned company. Everyone from the dispatcher to the techs were very friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to assist me in a timely manner while keeping prices very reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

They were easy to get in touch with, and sent someone out right away. We plan on using them again to install an AC unit in our shed. Thanks!

Wow! Truly a blessing. I called them today after a horrifying experience with a scam artist HVAC company this morning. I had been without air for 1.5 days. The woman I spoke to initially was so nice and checked how far one of their technicians was from my address. I could not believe when she said he could make his way over TODAY. James showed up within 3 hours and could not have been more helpful. He was on my roof in the sweltering sun for a long time running tests and making sure everything was ok. It ended up being a very small fix but he was so extremely thorough, informative and kind. Thank you James and AZ Perfect Comfort!! Highly recommend.

Billy was very helpful and professional. He resolved our issue with the thermostat and it seems to be working fine. He did a good job!! He represents Ace very well.

They were great with the service call. Together we figured out the issue my AC was having. Happy to sign a service contract for twice a year check ups but after 2 years no one ever had time to show up. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to process. 6 weeks later and still no refund.

First, let me say, If you are planning on having your Ac/Heat-pump System Repaired or Exchanged for a New One”…these guys “Preferred Air” should be your First and Only Choice.
They installed a New 5 Ton System AC/Heat Pump in 2020 when AZ Temperatures were Extremely High/Dangerously Hot, and it immediately provided the relief my Family and I needed for several years; but could not afford it prior to being told about Preferred Air. Likewise, there “Expertise, Experience, Training, Knowledge and Selection of Units, plus price to Install or Repair Your Unit cannot be matched by any other Reliable AC/Heating Repair Service in the Phoenix Metro-Area. Also, I do not normally write or provide “Reviews” because my Situation and Service may not be what some-else my experience. Was assigned APEX through my home warranty on June 15th, 2021. Technician was on site withing two days and had to order parts. Today is August 4th, 2021 and A/C is NOT fixed. Called home warranty and APEX and they kept throwing the ball at each other. Finally called my home warranty to cancel my policy and they tried contacting APEX, APEX told them that I canceled the service (which is a lie, I have phone records) Been without A/C for almost two months in AZ at temps over 110 degrees.

RELIABLE! HONEST! TRUSTWORTHY! If you're looking for BEST, look no further than COMFORT EXPERTS! We've been using Comfort Experts since purchasing our home in 2014. Comfort Experts thoroughly serviced our AC Units every year in May before the real Arizona heat set in. We've had two issues with our AC Units (July 2016 / June 2018) and Comfort Experts (Ryan) immediately responded to my text message both times (weekend / after hours). On both incidents, Comfort Experts responded to my home the same day to diagnose / resolve the issues. The most recent issue was an expensive repair (compressor). Because our AC Units were almost 15 years old and inefficient, we decided to replace everything relating to cooling / heating in our home. We purchased two new AC units (5-ton / 3.5 ton) and a Furnace too. Comfort Experts was able to install everything in one day, less than 48 hours after the 5-ton AC Unit went bad (compressor). I know I could've shopped around and maybe found a better price, but because of the POSITIVE experiences with Comfort Experts, they deserved my business. THANK YOU Comfort Experts! You guys are the best!!

I love this company. I am a senior citizen and Richard and Greg that have come out to fix my air conditioner and now my heater have been so nice and respectful toward me. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Chris did an outstanding job formulating a proposal that combined the top-level equipment for an acceptable price at favorable terms, in other words a great deal!Roy and his assistant did an equally great job installing the system, top quality workmanship, first-grade materials, no hassle, no mess and they left the place spotless.Patrick Riley deserves indeed an A+, Highly recommended! I set up an appointment to have my A/C serviced before summer. Very pleasant experience with Mr Aguilar and his son. They arrived on time, did what they promised. I was looking for a company that I could trust and do business with in the future. I may have found that company!

They were amazing they went above and beyond to help out my family when so many people said no . They are so very nice and stick to there word . I will recommend them to any one. Five stars is not enough they deserve a number that isnt even thought of yet. Again thank u from the bottom of our hearts.

Excellent experience with this vender. Normally my home warranty company sends a vendor who makes me call in a separate $65 service call for every broken part. Velox diagnosed everything within the first 15 minutes on one service call and ordered the parts. Best experience I've had with anyone my home warranty company has sent in the past year.

Update: I trust Chad and SMW so much I signed up for their maintenance program.No hard upsales which I appreciate. This is the 2nd time I have maintenance performed by SMW.I like that they take pictures and give their honest opinion about the system. And both guys were very professional and friendly and most importantly knew their trade. I highly recommend them.
