What can I say, Matthew provided stellar service in regards to my water heater and plumbing. He helped me pick the most affordable option, and was flexible in our work from home environment. I heard about Howard Air on 92.3. They came out to the house, and evaluated the condition of my unit. They replaced the capacitor without providing me with a quote or getting my authorization to proceed with the repair. I met up with the technician after the work was already completed and he gave me a verbal quote of $230 but said he needed to write it up. A few minutes later he was at my door with a written quote of $350. This was way more than I was expecting. Howard air took 20 minutes to replace a $30 part and charged me $350. I feel that price is unreasonable and so I would not recommend Howard Air and will not use their services in the future.

It looks like they had my original review deleted a few years ago so I will leave this one again to warn people. Horrible practice policy. They had me do regular maintenance service for years and when the system broke they said “oh never mind , you weren’t the original owner”. Then why tell me I have to do regular maintenance in order to keep the warranty. Could have told me that earlier on.

I have used Air Control for my properties in Arizona for years. George is so honest and has never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Apryl in the office is always very pleasant and efficient. They treat you like family and you really can't go wrong with Air Control!

I highly recommend Daniel and his team for all your a/c needs! They’re very reasonable, knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly trustworthy! We used them, after getting quotes from other companies, on replacing a heat pump a/c system.. so glad we did! They explained everything in such great detail, gave us the information to make our own decisions (not pushy sales men), and showed me pictures of all completed work. I subscribe to the maintenance program. Larson does a great job reminding me when I need to schedule. Today Sam came out to do the maintenance check. He was excellent, very thorough and explained everything!

This company was the only one willing to step up and take on rezoning our house and putting in two new systems. Completed all of the work in 3 days. I would recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work!

The people are very curtious and pleasant to deal with. It’s been three days, temps up to 106 and the AC is working great! We happened on these guys by dumb luck but they will be out go to AC company in the future. There are 1-2 after job issues to deal with, but SMW didn’t shy away from stepping up to address and schedule time to get that done.

They broke my AC unit while doing a tune up. They don’t operate 24hrs a day despite their ads. Couldn’t have cared any less when I told them my unit had been broken by their maintenance person earlier today. IThey actually gave me attitude when I asked if they could call some techs to come out.

Scott, a technician who has serviced my unit before and who I trust, came to do a simple check-up on the heater. The unit ran as an a/c unit a couple of weeks ago and as a heating unit last March, so I expected a simple trip.
I was wrong, as Scott began, the u it would not work. No heating, no blowing...literally nothing. He immediately assessed the problem as a bad board. He did additional testing and learned the motor for the blower was also dead. The unit is 9 years old...thank goodness.
Nine years ago, Mike, the owner visited me to discuss a new unit. When he showed me the numbers, I saw a line for $2000. When I asked what it was, he said it was a warranty. I normally don’t but warranties, but did so this time. Thank goodness. The warranty covered both parts and labor. The service to replace the parts was free.
I was amazed, but Scottsdale Air got parts for a 9 year old unit the next day. Scott returned the next day and did the work. I am always appreciative because Scott does not mind my watching and asking questions.
As a reflection of. Scott’s consistent commitment to superior customer service, after completing the repairs, Scott ensured both the heater and /c worked.
I am now ready for the winter.
Scottsdale Air is not perfect, but they “hit it out of the park” for me this time. Ask for Scott, it is worth the wait. Richard Glady

Just had a customers air conditioning checked as it's not working after some remodeling work King HVAC came out and found was low on freon they charged cleaned and serviced, and gave us a very fair deal... customer is happy. I will definitely use these guys again and would recommend

I sought a second opinion from Phoenix AC and Heating Experts, and they quickly identified and corrected the problem. I'm glad I called them because they went above and beyond my expectations. I wholeheartedly endorse Phoenix AC and Heating Experts and their excellent service.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
