The service technician (Justin Driver) effectively diagnosed the problem and offered several ways to correct the condition. The repairs were then completed in an efficient, effective and professional manner. We were very satisfied.

Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning is the best and most affordable company I have found. Our air was no longer blowing cold and we just surpassed the 100-degree mark for the year. Val was able to get to us within an hour (as a first-time customer that hadn't used their services ever before!). He assessed the unit/issue and explained to us, in terms we'd understand, what that meant, what it'd cost and when they would be able to get us in if we'd like to move forward with it. We agreed upon a price and Val was able to do the repairs right then & there. When Val didn't have one of the parts he needed another tech swung by to get him the part and lend a hand.

(As a side note, I had called a different company a couple weeks earlier to just install a Google Nest thermostat which ended with them spending 3 hours heating my place up to 88 degrees and let me know that they would need to perform $3400 of work to replace some valve on the unit in order for it to work with the Nest OR replace the unit for $10-$20K. I asked if he could just return the system to the way it was before he did anything, which he did for $80. So, $80 to heat my house up for 3 hours and not install the thermostat, Thanks but no thanks Larson's Air Conditioning.)

The owner of Valley's Best H & A/C, Chase, stopped by to see how things were progressing as well as looking at duct and plumbing work in the attic. Chase made notes of all the things he noticed that he'd suggest addressing. He worked up an estimate of what those repairs would cost. There was never the, “if you don't do X, Y, Z & 1, 2, 3, really soon your pipes will probably start leaking, cause mold, all your ac is escaping because you need more insulation, etc., etc. pressure. It was simply a hey this is what I suggest and why and if you want to choose our company to do that work this is what it would cost. He even threw in a free inspection at a later date!

No one likes spending lots of money but with Valley's Best Heating & Air Conditioning you don't have the anxiety of wondering about the quality of service you'll receive or being talked into something you do not need. At no time was there ever a conversation about a needing a new unit, where others just try to scare you into big repairs and then bridge that to just buying a new unit. I will be having them address all my Heating & A/C needs.

I have used Day & Night for many years now. I have a preferred service contract with them that is well worth the cost. I’ve used Day & Night for both my a/c and plumbing needs. They are always very responsive. More than one service person has said they like working for D & N, which reflects positively on the ownership. Costs are typically fair. You get what you pay for. I’ve never felt pressure to purchase services or parts. I highly recommend Day & Night!

My home is 20 years old and I have had service every year with Comfort One to keep my units in the best possible shape. Comfort One are honest and it’s nice to see they don’t try to get the most money out of a job. They charge you according to the necessity of the Job and no more. They have kept my units in great shape throughout the years.

They are extremely professional and readily available to help you with your Air/Heating needs. It’s nice to know there are still honest people out there in the Companies they promote. I’ve NEVER had poor service from Comfort One Air Conditioning.

Today I had them install 2 new Thermostats and the gentleman was so kind to not only install my thermostats but he also helped me complete me the download on my iPhone. He set everything up for me and even showed me how to change the temps from my phone when I am out. As far as I’m concerned this company goes above and beyond for AZ residents - ??

Larvell my technicians, performed a comprehensive assessment of my unit and provided me with a good understanding of how it was working. I admired how detailed he was!! I woke up this morning and my AC wasn’t working. I replaced the batteries in the thermostat and still not working. I called for service and I was hoping to have same day service in this Arizona heat. Brazil rep was able to find me the best tech name Danny he called me and provided ETA upon arrival he walked in ready to work and solve my problems with the AC, took time to educate me on the filter changes and research any reason that could have the AC not working properly and he found the issue with the water clogged up in the AC in the attic which has a switch that will shut off the outside unit and Danny went outside to check that unit and came back with a wonderful surprise, a baby kitten approximately age 5-12 weeks old sleeping alone between my AC unit and storage unit. The kitten will be cared for by me and I have already named her Danny (she’s a girl cat) that’s her name. It was love at first sight ? needlessly to say, the kitten is very healthy and cleaned. Danny and I figured she must have been cared for by the mom cat and well fed. Danny the cat has a new loving family. ?
