Faster than a speeding bullet ... more reasonable than most competitors ... able to fix homeowner-error-created problems in a single bound. Called them at 2:30 on a Monday afternoon. Service tech was here and gone by 5:05. They even fixed a second problem I didn't know I had. Terrific service!!!

There are a great many positives things i would like to say were wonderful right from speaking with Robin who is wonderfully intelligent about the entire AC Heat business, to the Finance assistance and help i received from Stacy to Cameron who installed a wonderful new Trane heat pump unit. This is a top notch company who answers the phone consistently and responsively. I am not getting paid to say any of this and it is sincere. It is horrible to be without AC on AZ and this company came thru!

For the last several years Javier Cruz is our service technician. Thanks to him our 14 years old AC units are still working great. We have a semi annual maintenance program that is working well for us. Thank you Javier for your knowledge and dedication.

On June 11, 2015, Andrew P. came to my home and he and Johnny C. installed a new furnace and air conditioner. They were very professional, polite and courteous. They did a very nice job installing the equipment and I thought their work ethic was great.

Nathan was great and stayed late to fix unit so we didn't have to suffer the heat another night. Only negative was I thought it was a bit pricy for the 2-3 hours labor involved. Otherwise, whole experience was great.

AC in AZ is important and when it goes out we all go into panic mode. I was able to get Howard Air to come look at my system the next morning. James from Howard Air was awesome every company should strive to have a army of employees like James. Turned out to be nothing major and I signed up for their maint plan, so no more panic mode for me. Thanks

Today we had our AC serviced (routine) and I must say I was very impressed by the tech, Tommy! When he arrived at my home, I explained that my 10 month old granddaughter was with me. He said hi to her and got to work. My granddaughter eventually fell asleep while he worked outside. When Tommy was done, he gently knocked on the door. As I opened it, he said I didn't know if she was awake or sleeping. I was so grateful for his consideration and kindness not to mention the thorough and timely job he did!

ACA hands down the team to call.... called for an estimate on a new roof unit...Troy personally came out and handled that.... and had us scheduled for install within 24 hrs... talk about fast ......Phil was on time... polite, very efficient and kept us informed throughout the install on what he was doing... we worried about nothing. We highly recommend ACA... thank you so much for you fast efficient work and great customer service.... you all rock!!!!

Not only were fast, friendly, and masked up - they fixed out furnace problem very quickly and efficiently. Will use again (if needed!) and would certainly recommend.

When our washing machine stopped working a few days before vacation, we immediately contacted Appliance Repair Bros. I was impressed with the work that was conducted by this company. I had 2 experiences. The first time my condensation pipe had a hole in it. At that time he completed a full review of my unit and advised me accordingly , which was this is an old unit and it's going to just stop working eventually. Recommended!
