Best Air Conditioners Furnaces in Phoenix AZ

We has an a new air conditioner scheduled in 2022 and the techs that came out were very professional and patient. We had called for an appointment today because our gas bill had been much higher than past years and there seemed to be an issue with the heat. Joe was our tech and had the issue diagnosed with multiple fixes to address it in less than two hours. On top of that, he was so patient and kind to our dog, and was fun to talk to! He is now our preferred tech and we are so appreciative of him and of Goettl for getting someone out to us so quickly. He even gave our dog a toy when our dog training appointment accidentally came at the same time as him being here!

We had Scottsdale Air out to fix an issue with our HVAC unit. The tech, John Areikat, did a fantastic job! He was knowledgeable and friendly. Scottsdale Air always provide first-class service so we shouldn't be surprised. It's nice to have a company by your side that is always honest and professional!!

Easter Sunday my water heater broke and began leaking, I called and someone was there within an hour or more and got the situation under control for me and was able to have family dinner as planned. They were kind, cleaned up after themselves and they educated me on my options. I would highly recommend this company!

Above par did an awesome job on repairing my air condition. They were patient and professional. Took their time to make sure everything was done right. I was working with Clay the owner and that was a surprise to actually have the owner doing the work.

When our washing machine stopped working a few days before vacation, we immediately contacted Appliance Repair Bros. Such a good experience at a bad time. A/C blower went out. Home warranty repair was going to take way too long. Got cash from home warranty company and used the guys at Prestige instead. Best decision I’ve made in a long time.

Our experience with Quianno and his supervisor. Definitely tried to sell us things that we didn’t need. Shady recommendations and practices from the tech. Another company came out and evaluated the repairs at a quarter of the cost that these guys were pushing for. Won’t trust again.

Excellent customer service

Our A/C unit was acting up, of course it was the holiday weekend. Called and left a message. We received a return call, the technician told us it wasn't as bad as the A/C unit sounded. The following Tuesday the office called and scheduled a technician to service the unit. Fixed and happy as a lark! Appreciate the honesty and follow up!
