Rio and his crew were great. They installed a new AC system and they did a good job. The old system was picked up from the front lawn same day which was awesome. Our AC is working great now!

I called Goetti to unclog a kitchen sink. The gentleman arrive quickly and worked to unclear it. After many attempts he advised me that the clog was really far down and he can't clear it. He recommended a different service and said they could come back tomorrow. As he was leaving he checked the clog one last time and was able to clear it! Thanks for not giving up once I agreed to the more expensive services. You have earned a customer for life by taking the extra time! Thanks

I called the emergency line on Saturday at 7:25PM because my AC had stopped working and the house was at 86 degrees. I spoke to Chase, and he was able to get my house on the list for the following day on Sunday at 4:00PM. The AC was fixed very quickly within 15 minutes and the house has began cooling down. Thank you for your speedy service in under 24 hours. It was very important to me to get the AC fixed as quick as possible as I have a puppy. I definitely recommend this company and will share with anyone else who needs repairs or AC help.

Was just scheduling maintenance on our AC plan. Erin was exceptional and extremely helpful. Very helpful and courteous. We been with D& N fir quite a few years. They always do a great job. Recommend them to anyone wanting super great service and professionalism plus friendliness in their work.Just has new. AC unit installed incl new Ecobee pro thermostat. Way cool. Had one minor glitch. They spent the day fixing and going over new thermostat. Great team.

AZ Perfect Comfort rescued me when my previous HVAC provider went MIA. In addition, my previous provider was insisting that various parts on my system needed updated. AZ Perfect Comfort acted with honesty and great ethics and told me I had a terrific system and that was everything was fine. I can't speak highly enough of the company and my appreciation how they treat customers.

Absolutely the most expensive AC company I've ever used

Service was excellent and I highly recommend them for service- However- the continuous unsolicited emails are annoying.

Yogi was quick to respond, efficient, and knowledgeable in ac unit work. He literally took his time figuring out why our ac unit was whistling and rattling. I hired other techs before, and they did not go above and beyond like Yogi did! My family is very pleased with the noiseless ac now that the ac unit is sealed properly! ? and all for a great price to! He really does care for his clients and doesn't tiptoe around any issues. I highly recommend him!

My service man was absolutely wonderful. Everything was done in a timely fashion. He was conscientious and explained the repairs. Plus, he took it upon himself to call the air conditioning manufacture under warranty, and was able to get me the best price.

Camito, Rhino, Daryl and Michelle J. all were great. They installed my new unit seamlessly and professionally. The anchor on my air handler spun loose and took out my squirrel cage at 8pm on a Thursday evening. Michelle came to my house by 10:30 that evening and made arrangements to replace the 27 year old air handler, the outdoor unit, and reconfigure much of the units poorly configured set up in the attic. She tirelessly arranged to have a new unit installed first thing in the morning. It was 110 degrees, humid and miserable. Michelle didn't leave my home until nearly 1:30 that morning. George Brazil called me by 7am Friday morning and the technicians arrived by 9:30am. The install was complicated, complex, and the job wasn't completed until 6:30pm that evening.I was absolutely impressed at the sense of urgency and professionalism of the whole team. We were able to enjoy the weekend in a cool home. Other companies would not have arrived until Tuesday and gave comparable price quotes. Kudos to Brazil!

Installation was truly seamless. The technicians arrived on time and got right to work, and they were able to complete the Heating system installation in a very timely manner. I was impressed with how efficiently they worked together, and I felt confident that they knew exactly what they were doing. They were also very respectful of my home, and they left everything clean and tidy when they were done.

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!
