The initial response was fast, and work was excellent quality. When my team landed in Phoenix to complete phase 2 of the project, Thom and his team came out to assist in correcting a few oversights with no problem and no charge. The technician did a great job! He called and said he could come to my house early if I was at home. Which he did. He finished all the work and explained what the problem was and the price was fair. The staff are friendly and know what they are doing. This was my first time with Cricket Residential Electricians and will use them again.
