Patrick Riley sent their Tech Ernest out to trouble shoot my A/C units.While he was looking into the matter he discovered one of my A/C units had worn a hole into the copper line leading to the compressor, he then found that all the freon and oil had escaped.Ernest was very knowledgeable, I could tell he was in his realm and very familiar with what he was doing, He explained what he had to do, before, during and after in a professional manor.The job took several hours to repair, and I was impressed with his ability to work in the heat to complete the job in fast and friendly manner. Howard Air came recommended to me and I'm very satisfied with their service, I will be forever using this company! I was pleased from the moment I called to set up an appointment and spoke with Victor. He was very pleasant and set me up not trying to hard sell me on a maintenance package right away assuring me that the technician would be the same way, telling me only what needed to be done and give recommendations for the future. He was right, Shawn, the technician who came out to do the AC maintenance, was very friendly. He also wore a mask and booties on his shoes in my home which I thought was very responsible and respectful. When he was finished, he told us how the inspection went and that everything was good for now and what he recommended for the future of our units along with the service plan that would fit our needs. The Best part was, he didn't pressure us to sign up for the plan at that moment, giving us time to think, which I very much like. I couldn't be happier and definitely recommend checking out Howard Air for your needs!

Monday around 7pm I got a call from a manager of my dad’s house. A/C is not working. Summer, Arizona 112F nothing to add. Disaster. I called Adam’s Refrigeration and left voicemail explaining the situation. Next day 7 am I got the call and set up the appointment. We were extremely lucky. They had the technician on his way at 9:30am and around 11am problem was taking care of. Tenets were extremely happy. Issue was fixed in super short time. This is why we will stay with Adam’s Refeigeration. We didn’t get overcharged whatsoever when you take in consideration price R-22. Great customer service. They definitely take care of their customers and that is why we will use them again

My A/C which was over 20 years old was having mechanical issues so I contacted an A/C company (you know the well known company in which the Techs wear white uniforms) to access the A/C. To cut to the chase the Tech gave me an outrageous price to repair the unit and even a more outrageous price to replace it with (after my research) a subpar York A/C.
A friend told me about ABC Air Conditioning so I contacted them and the owner, Tom Smedley came out, free of charge, to access my A/C unit. While accessing the A/C Tom did at no charge a temporary fix on the mechanical issue, WOW!! I decided my A/C served me well but it was time for out with the old and in with the new. Trevor Smedley provided me with all the information I needed to make my choice. Trevor and Tom than came out to personally discuss and advise me. After discussing my options I decided to purchase a 3ton 16seer Trane unit. I did my research on Trane and Trane is rated #1 when it comes to customer satisfaction and Quality. Within a week of my decision the new install was complete. Tom was at my home personally supervising and ensuring a quality install. I will continue to use ABC for bi-annual check ups of my unit. ABC saved me thousands over that other company and just made me feel comfortable working with them. Great decision on my part!
