My AC was having issues with turning on so I called Dial One Mears to help diagnose the issue. This is my second time working with them and it could not have been a better experience. Aubrey helped me schedule the soonest possible time for a checkup and the technician Greg promptly resolved my AC problem. Both were very friendly!

Gilbert and Mike very thoroughly checked our plumbing for maintenance needs. They only found a few minor issues and were able to fix them quickly and well. They were very friendly and courteous and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend Patrick Riley for plumbing work.

The technician was nice and caring. He broke down Hvac knowledge, so I could better understand my issues.

Just had Tony and Ashley install a new AC and furnace unit as well as add a new duct run to our master bedroom. They did a great job was on time got the work done when said and I would recommend them to anyone for AC/Heating work. I recently scheduled an A.C check-up for both of the units at my home through my homeowners warranty. One unit was supposed to be free and the other unit I had to pay for (which I did). The Technician came out and used my garden hose which he removed (which was fine) and failed to replace it when he finished (not fine).  When I received the invoice, it reflected only one unit being serviced and after he left, I observed only one unit worked. His complete job lasted approximately 9 minutes and afterward he failed to provide an assessment of what he found, nor provided any recommendations. Both of my units were functioning properly prior to his visit. This was just supposed to be preventative maintenance. He didn't even check the filters or even look at them.

Tony our tech did a very nice job replacing our air conditioner. He was on-time, very professional and organized. Completed the job as agreed and price was also competitive. I give him⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I highly recommend him and the company, he is great.

The service was great. When I called I spoke to Mindy and she was very pleasant and explained everything concerning my warranty and the service they provide. I was very impressed with Mindy and how informative she was. She was able to get somebody out the same day and found that they needed to replace my blower motor and do maintenance. The technician was very friendly and kept me up to date with status and issues along with pictures. Overall I was very satisfied from start to finish.

Have always had wonderful, professional service from Robert Lockwood. He has been my service guy since the beginning and is very knowledgeable of my system. I miss Jojo so much. She really had her act together. My experience with the new staff is lower than low. I was cancelled several times and finally, my appointment was not on time with the office. But for Robert, Iwould seek another company to take care of my system. Just don't think you should try to fix something that isn't broken.

I was helping a friend with his home inspection. AC was recommended to be looked at. Zeke went out and gave me the honest truth about the AC unit. Seller, went to check with their trusted source and they stated B3 Refrigeration was correct. That gave our buyer the upper hand. I will be using them from now on

They have been so helpful in fixing our heater and extremely responsive and prompt. I would call them with any issues I had in the future.

I needed to have someone take a look at my AC units because something was off with one of them. I called Drew and he was able to set up an appointment for early the next morning. They showed up on time and went straight to work. They were able to figure out the problem and explained everything very clearly. He also gave me a couple of options to resolve the issue and explained the pros and cons of each. Very easy to work with, no pressure and reasonable prices. I'll definitely reach out to these guys if I have any issues in the future.

Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Now the deets:

About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch.

With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!

They did a great job. Would hire again.
