Best Heating Unit in Phoenix AZ

This is by far one of, if not best repair calls ever. I'm always wary about calling in someone to fix something I obviously know nothing about. From the moment Adam arrived, I knew I was in good hands. He knew exactly what to look for and fixed in a timely manner. He was very informative and explained the whole repair and showed me visually on video exactly what needed to be done and why. Very polite and considerate of my property. Ill say one thing, I will never need to look for a HVAC specialist ever again because I'm never calling anyone else. Stop searching now. You've found the technician you have been looking for. The technicians were really cool guys...The problem? This company was trying to charge me $387 for a job that takes probably 10 minutes and a part that cost less than $5..We are in really bad times right now with the inflation and prices going up on everything..People need help..Im not sure were your getting your prices at on basic work but unfortunatly you didnt win me as a customer..My hot water heater is still leaking...You get two stars just because your technicians were really nice.

I've used Howard Air for several years. Recommend asking for David as your HVACC tech. He is excellent!

I called this company for a routine maintenance inspection on my AC. They were prompt and friendly. The price was very reasonable and they did not try to upsell me at all. Answered all of my questions. I will be calling them again later in the year to check on my heating system. Highly recommend!

I’m just now leaving a review but a few years ago after several quotes to purchase a new AC and install I decided to go with this company after their quote was undeniably the best. They install was the very next morning, so grateful! They were fast but thorough. I’ve also had maintenance and a repair done since. The office staff is great and the technicians explained everything about my repair. Thank you to you and your team.

Gerald and his staff are extremely friendly and professional. They installed my new Trane HVAC last week and they did a wonderful job and I’m a happy camper!

Derek is the best HVAC that I’ve ever come across, he is also very personable honest and will go above and beyond your expectations.

My office building had 3 AC roof top units all in disrepair. We replaced 3, 4 and 5 ton units and received excellent customer service and pricing from Cardinal. German and his team coordinated with my roofers on removal of the old units and replacement the next day so the roofers could finish the new roof prior to placement. The project was done seamlessly, I really appreciate the professionalism I received from Cardinal Heating and Cooling and will recommend and use their services in the future.

Update: 9/2020
Unfortunately, I have to lower the rating for Cardinal. We have had a 2 issues with the units and cannot get any response from multiple phone call and messages. Ultimately we had to have another company come out to service our new units. They also supplied the wrong tax ID# for reporting their 1099 tax to the IRS (necessary because we paid by check for our business). Cardinal heating and cooling seems like a fly by night operation with horrible customer service after taking your money. Neither German or his receptionist answer or return calls, don't make the same mistake I did find a reputable company it will save you money in the long run.

Robert has always been professional, courteous and very responsive. He has been our tech for quite some time and does a wonderful job.. Always honest and not trying to sell something! He IS the best!
