Amazing installation. The 2 guys, Jay and Fernando, were extremely courteous, kind, polite and very efficient doing our install. The entire experience from start to finish in installing our brand new AC unit was more than worth it. We had one of the owners come out for the quote and we had no pushing, honesty and up front about everything. They gave us the quote, we agreed and the install was only a mere few days later. Scott was great. I attempted to wire a smart thermostat myself and blew my units transformer in the process. He was able to get out the same day I called and replace the transformer. He also recommended that I replace some old wiring connecting the unit to the thermostat because I was experiencing power lose at the thermostat. I did just that and BOOM, everything powered up as it should. Great experience, thank you Scott!
