I was very impressed with the sales and installation of my new AC/Heat pump, which was installed yesterday. I spoke to Ryan on Wednesday December 15th to discuss pricing and installation. Ryan was respectful, courteous and helpful in my decision. The unit was installed yesterday, December 17th by Jeremy who also was courteous and very knowledgeable of the product he was installing and answered all my questions plus did a great job cleaning up when he was finished. It’s awesome to find people like them in today’s world. I can’t say enough positive things about the company, Comfort Experts.

Heater broke down at the end of last year, Adam came out and gave me a quote for a new system. In less than a week everything was ordered, arrived and was installed. The whole process was quick and easy. Very professional answered any questions i had. System has been working perfect for 3 months since it was installed, now enjoying the A/C part of it.

Shane was professional and honest which is tough to find nowadays, will be calling him for future services.

Shane answered all my questions and explained/clarified the services performed. He was on time, efficient, and knowledgeable and I would definitely feel comfortable recommending him to my neighbors.

Their team was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and efficiently, and they even took the time to explain how to properly maintain my air handler to prevent future problems. I was very satisfied with the service they provided and would definitely use them again in the future.

My ac went out and called my home warranty company and was waiting for a fight to have them cover anything, something for the repair. My home warranty company sent out LaRon from Teflon cooling and heating. He said the whole unit was done and needed to be replaced. I said to myself, here comes the fighting with my home warranty company!! LaRon submited his evaluation and report to my home warranty on Friday evening. On Saturday morning i got an email from my warranty company saying my cousin was APPROVED!! No push back from them and best of all no fighting with the warranty company!! LaRon and his crew on Wednesday morning at the time he said they would be here and started the install on a warm Phoenix morning. They finished up about 2pm, so about s total of 6 his installing. They cleaned up after themselves and left my house in tact lol and most of all, i had nice cold air blowing!! I will refer Teflon cooling and heating and LaRon to anyone who needs AC services!!! Thank you so much LaRon and your crew and Teflon air and cooling for your professionalism, courtesy, install and for getting my home warranty to pay for the whole ac replacement.

Tom was AMAZING! I called yesterday because our house was freezing cold with our new ecobee system and we didn’t know how to adjust it. He first tried to assist me over the phone and then they were able to schedule me for the very next morning for a visit. He was efficient and helpful in explaining the system and what was incorrect with our wiring. Then he was also able to waive the fee since it was a minor fix. He even let us borrow his ladder to change our air filters. They are an amazing and reliable company and I’ll only be going to them for my hvac needs.

Using my home warranty American Home Shield, Crispy Air & Heating was sent to find out what was wrong with my AC.... turned out to be the fan motor. Garrett with Crispy Air was professional, wore a mask and did an excellent job. Thank you Crispy Air and American Home Shield.

Their technicians were very knowledgeable and efficient, and they worked quickly to minimize any disruptions to my business. They were also very patient with my questions and provided clear explanations on how to operate the new system. I appreciated their professionalism and would highly recommend Millennium Commercial Cooling & Refrigeration for any commercial cooling needs.

They were nice on the phone but don't expect to buy parts from them if your not a contractor. They weren't able to help me but they did refer another company that was able to assist me.

An absolutely amazing family owned company I would recommend to anyone. They’ve done some great work at my salon. We had some things installed incorrectly when we first opened that have always caused us problems. They explained the issues until we fully understood them. The team even gave us a few different solutions that would help moving forward. I definitely felt that they gave us real solutions, and didn’t just push for the most expensive job they could find.

I enjoyed working with them so much I recommended them when my parents needed some AC work done too! They ditched Parker & Sons and called in the Airzona crew. They worked quickly and efficiently for my family as well. Overall this company has great work ethic. It’s nice to see a family company going above and beyond in the valley for its customers.

Very friendly and knowledgeable on what they do. Explained what was wrong in my old system and why i needed a new system. The price for the system they installed was the lowest and affordable compare to other colling and heathing companies in Arizona. After siging my contract they came on time and same date indicated on my contract. Professional work was done. Old system removed and new system installed on same day. The cleaned after they were done with their work .every time i asked a question they answered me and were honset with me the hole time. I recommend this company to my brother and he also got a new system installed.
