The 3 technicians that did the work were professional and courteous. When finished they left the house as clean as before the installation. The followup is wonderful. I called FN and was greeted by Adam. He was super professional and my experience with him was extremely pleasant. I ended up having to install a new unit and he was upfront about everything and the price was very reasonable.

I had a great experience with technician Joe Smith. I had them come out to perform a check-up on my AC. It was $75 for them to come out. Joe was on time and very helpful. There were some issues with the wiring of my unit. Joe fixed the issue in just a couple of minutes and did not charge me any extra to fix the wiring. He also did a good job of explaining how my system worked and what he was doing. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

We would have given a higher rating for actual work. Frustrated that when office called to find out how much because our son was going to provide check, we were told $258. Then when tech came, he said that amount only covers one- either AC or Heat. I'm glad we ended up being home so we could say we just want one done because check already written.

We called Daniel to do maintenance on our A/C and he was wonderful! I definitely recommend him for any maintenance and repairs, you will not be disappointed!

We were struggling with our home warranty company and went without a/c for 2 weeks. When they finally referred us to another company, even after the warranty partial payment, we would never have been able to afford it. 5 star was recommended to us and from start to finish the job was done quickly, efficiently, and the repair tech guy was very polite. Our very old ac stopped working and a friend recommended GORILLA AIR. They quoted me a price, which was a lot cheaper than what I had been quoted from other companies, they came and and recommended some adjustments and they installed a new heat pump. Jeremy is awesome and is the only person we now trust. We had three companies come out trying to sell us a new unit, and none of them even attempted to fully diagnose the issue.
