We have brand new Nest thermostats that were extremely difficult to set up. I called Goliath Mechanical because we have a Service Agreement with them. They were prompt, on point , and supportive in getting the settings just right for us. This was the best air conditioning team in all of Arizona!!

George went above and beyond in getting our air conditioner working! He also took the time to make sure Carrier transferred the warranty from the previous owner to us. His maintenance plan is a “no brainer” for anyone living in the Arizona heat. I highly recommend Air Control!

AHWA arrive before their scheduled time. Staff was professional, courteous & knowledge. They confirmed the services we were scheduled for and kept us informed through the entire process what was going to happen...even worked around a pre-existing video conference that had to be held in the upstairs office. All in all couldn't be happier with the efficiency & professionalism experienced. This was not the first time using AHWA and certainly will not be the last when the need arises.

I am changing my review. A few months down the road and we now have to bring in another A/C and heating company. Nothing was repaired correctly. I called for repairs for heat. Was suppose to be repaired. Called out again because we were getting no heat. Was quoted a huge (HUGE) amount to repair. However was told A/C would be fine until we could get the heat repaired. Well, turned A/C on last night to cool down the house. And it is not blowing cold. And it was working perfectly fine before. So now I move on to another company and hopefully get everything repaired correctly.

Q was polite, friendly knowledgeable. He did his work quietly and did NOT leave a mess! Excellent service!!

Aguilar AC did a great job. They got to my home within an hour, and within 30 minutes had my AC working again even though it was 9:30p at night. Thank you for your professionalism and being more responsive and faster than the name brand places. I will definitely be using you for annual AC checkups.

I had Five Star Air Conditioning install a new AC unit at the beginning of the summer. Tony and Ashley came out, removed the old unit and installed a new one. They were on time and very professional. They came back out a couple months later to check on the unit and were both very personable and friendly.
If I ever have any issues with my air conditioner or need another unit replaced I would contact them again.

A company that boasts about being Non-Comission but has an incentive program that pushes technicians to sell units. If your unit is more than 10yrs old OR does not have a warranty I guarantee you that Adams Refrigeration will send their #1 seller, Marcus Pippin, to your door. Him and other techs will try to sell you a new unit even if the unit is repairable in order to get their bonus. Let's talk about the installs themselves... For the most part the installs turn out pretty decent as long as their Lead Installer is not working that day. Sloppy work, dirty finger prints everywhere, takes a few dozen cigarette breaks during the install, never wires up second stage on a 2 stage unit (decreasing overall performance and efficiency of the unit), not installing gas lines or flue pipes correctly (NOT TO CODE), Falsifying APS/SRP rebate forms, and has NO IDEA how the units he's installing actually work. It's astonishing how this company is still in business with work ethics such as these. BUYERS BEWARE!
