Of course on Saturday around 12:00AM the air conditioning unit decided to stop working.
I called Howard air within 2 hours we were backup and running. Thank you it was the hottest day of the week.

From the time I placed my call you had a repaiman here within an hour. Frank, the repairman was very friendly, knowledgeable and started troubleshooting immediately. Frank quickly found the problem, replaced the defective part and the heating system started working. He also took excellent pics of the heating unit in my attic and pointed out potential problem areas to consider. Frank quoted me the prices for the improvements I wanted, which I found very reasonable, and he got right back to work on my unit. In the end everything works great now. Had I used my home warranty company for this repair I would still be waiting for a return call from them and then another week before the problem was even addressed. I've had too many nightmare experiences with them. Thank you, Parker and Sons and specifically Frank for getting heat back in my home on the same day the problem was reported. I highly recommend your company!!

I’ve been so pleased with the service calls I’ve made. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so responsive, respectful, and professional. In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have been especially cautious about our interactions with others but the service staff have come masked, maintained distance, and worn shoe coverings in and out of the house. In addition, they explained the issues, provided helpful instruction about maintaining our system, and even hooked up an option we didn’t know we had on our unit! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. When it was time to pay, we felt the cost was incredibly fair. Should we need future repairs, this will be our first call!

This was the first time using Patrick Riley to help us with our AC. It was an emergency. It was late in the evening and a haboob was about to hit when our AC decided to quit. Adam the tech shows up around 8pm and was absolutely fantastic!!! Very professional, customer service oriented, and very courteous. Got cool air going in no time. I contacted this company today to repair my ac that was not blowing cold air. They responded to my request quickly and sent a technician immediately. Their technician kept me informed during the process, gave me clear options, and was extremely nice throughout. The price was very reasonable, and it was done very professionally. When it came time to replace/upgrade our 20 year old heat pump, Tom and Steve @ Mountainside Air came highly recommended and did not disappoint. They were extremely responsive, professional and took time to walk us through our various options and the pros/cons of each. When installing the unit, the attention to detail, quality, and personal pride in their work was obvious. Would highly recommend.

After my AC motor went bad they were able to do a quick fix when everyone else couldn't get out for a few days. Afterwords unit was struggling to cool back down since it was without ac for more than a day. They went the extra mile to check out that everything was in order and even helped me clean it out. Now I have a nice cool house and wife is happy again.

Record highs of 118 an AC out (Thursday) so we contacted our home warranty American Home Shield and they assigned Crispy Air. Crispy Air emails us that they can’t get out here until Monday. My wife calls and Crispy says well they can get someone out here on Friday (today) but it would be an additional charge of $75. So for extra money someone’s available but if we don’t pay extra they have no techs available? I called and yes I was upset and not as nice as I shoulda been but that’s not acceptable to me. Extremely poor customer service. It would be different in my eyes if they were so busy that they had no techs to come out until Monday but that’s not the case. Plus supposedly the are a 24 hour service. Unacceptable, unprofessional and just money driven in my eyes. They are contracted through a home warranty company and get easy business and this is how the treat customers! Sad.“We accepted your work order at 6:54 this morning. Our schedule is set up the day before. We do save emergency spots for emergency situations. You have two units to your home which through your home warranty does not qualify for an emergency service. We welcome you to call your home warranty to try to find another vendor who can get out there sooner if you need service before Monday. “That’s funny because the person that answered your phone said they can get someone right out but we had to pay an additional fee! PS tell that to my dog that has bad hips and is too heavy to pick up to get to the AC that it’s not an emergency! Customer Service! All about the money!
