I called ACE for a plumbing issue. Unfortunately it was not a simple blockage but a much bigger septic problem. My technician, Emil was wonderful. He was friendly, knowledgeable and saved me some money.

My central unit gave up so called Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company they replaced the unit and also the furnace.

We have been using Comfort One Air for years. They are reliable, trust worthy, and affordable! We refer all of our friends, family, and clients as well.

Adrian and Kevin were great to work with. Our air conditioner went out at night and I sent Rising Sun an email around 5:00 am on a Sunday morning. Pam the office manager was able to send someone out the very same morning on a Sunday so we didn't have to suffer in the day, as the high was going to be 111 degrees that day! The owner Adrian is a trustworthy man and I found out later that his assessment of my units being so old and fragile to clean the inside coils was on point. The reason I know this is that I paid another contractor a thousand dollars for each unit to clean it more thoroughly than Rising Sun would and it ended up being a waste of money, one of the units started to cool better but one failed a month later. These old units were so fragile and old. My home warranty company refused to replace my 24 yr old units due to a compressor failure and I should have trusted Adrian the whole time and just replaced my units because he was right, my home warranty was useless and wasn't going to pay for a new AC. Adrian provided me with excellent service and and excellent pricing too. Pam the office manager is super nice and hardworking too, I would invite her and Adrian over for Thanksgiving lol. Pam is even doing the work for me of registering the 10 hr warranties from the manufacturer for us and will not only email me an electronic copy of this but also is going to put a physical copy in the mail for us. Nobody wants to pay for an AC, and Adrian the owner was so kind as to basically honor the price he quoted me a year ago with some included inflation. I cannot recommend Rising Sun Air enough. Nobody actually wants to pay for 2 AC units but I have never felt to comfortable or excited to hand over so much money so that I have the peace of mind knowing that my tenants in my rental can be comfortable in their homes. Professional and friendly, got our a/c up and running.

Pinon Air is not notch. The company that my warranty company sent to install a new A.C. unit did such a terrible job that after 2 months, I ended up with significant water damage due to improper installation. I hired Pinon Air and paid out of pocket because warranty co. denied my claim and I can't say enough how happy I am with Yogi. He was professional, communicated with me, sent me before and after pictures. Quoted me a price and stuck by that quote even though it took him longer than anticipated to correct the mess. I will continue to use his company.

I bought a new thermostat and all I needed was a common wire connected from my thermostat to my air handler. The wires were already in the wall, just needed to be connected in the air handler. I already knew this and told them over the phone. They charged me an $88 diagnostic fee and then $65 just to splice the wire together and connect to the unit. The actual work probably took him 15 mins to do. The tech, Dave, was really nice and did a great job. It's not his fault they charged so much. I asked how much it'd be to install my new ecobee3 thermostat, and he looked it up. Another $180!! Are you kidding me?! I told him I'd just do it myself and I installed it within about 7 mins, before he was even finished cleaning up. It was so easy. $180?! That's a rip off! But the 5 star review is on the tech Dave who did an outstanding job.

I recently had my furnace replaced by Waddell AC Repair, and I am very satisfied with their service. Their team was knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect system for my home's needs. The installation process was efficient, and they even took the time to explain how to properly maintain the new furnace. Overall, I was impressed with their attention to detail and would use their services again in the future.

Professional and outstanding service.

I recently had Parker and Sons install a new AC unit. I wasn't really in a hurry but they were able to get a sales agent to my house the next day and installers there 2 days later. There was no pressure to buy their biggest fanciest unit. He listened to what I was looking for since I had several specific check boxes for the unit. In the end he presented 4 options and recommended the lowest priced one but I had brand loyalty towards one of the options and it had a feature the others didn't.The installers were great as well. They showed up right on time in company attire and both introduced themselves (I'm horrible with names and forgot to write them down.) After showing them the thermostat, return and circuit breaker they got right to work. While taking down the old unit they found that the previous contractor didn't do a proper job installing it and had used undersized supply and return ducts (12 instead of 16) and hadn't cut a large enough hole in the roof for them to fit through either so even the undersized ducts were pinched off. They replaced the ducting and fixed the roof for proper flow at no extra charge. The new unit looks great up there is super quiet and is so much more comfortable and efficient than I could have imagined.I will definitely be calling Parker and Sons back to do my annual maintenance and probably for any other home repair or upgrade that I can't handle myself.

Goliath Mechanical was really good at keeping me informed during the A/C repair process. They arrived on time, and with their skills, they were able to bring my air conditioner back to life!!!

Technician called ahead to confirm arrival time, was on time and explained everything well. He provided video of variois steps as he went. Very clean and courteous. Overall great experience

George explained everything they did and took pictures of all the work. When they left everything was in perfect order and you couldn’t tell they had been working all day.

Update: I had just gotten a personal call from the owner to see what was wrong with the service and was advised how the unit could've gone out and that the service was given full effort. He even offered to come back and fix it and let me know that I could reach out if the unit needed further repair after the next technician came out.
