Best Heating And Furnace Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Just had some maintenance done on my water heater. I wasn’t sure if I was nearing time to replace but the tech was super honest about the time my current unit likely has left. I opted for a drain and flush. Thought this company would be expensive but it was super reasonable. Will definitely use again.

Charged my live-in FIL $511 to snake a toilet. No telling if that’s what they charge everyone, but an absolute joke to think that’s a reasonable price for snaking a toilet. Plumber was there less than 15 minutes, utterly ridiculous.

George, the owner, provides a professional and reliable service with fair pricing (Air Control is one of the few businesses that have great reviews AND lives up to the hype). He really listens to the customer and provides helpful advice that will make the most sense for the issue and the customer’s pocketbook. Air Control did a smaller job for us, but after seeing first hand how they provided great customer service and work, we now trust George and Air Control with all our HVAC and ductwork needs. Was assigned APEX through my home warranty on June 15th, 2021. Technician was on site withing two days and had to order parts. Today is August 4th, 2021 and A/C is NOT fixed. Called home warranty and APEX and they kept throwing the ball at each other. Finally called my home warranty to cancel my policy and they tried contacting APEX, APEX told them that I canceled the service (which is a lie, I have phone records) Been without A/C for almost two months in AZ at temps over 110 degrees.

Above Par Was able to get our HVAC up and running like new! They were punctual and easy to work with. Would recommend them to friends!

I had an issue with our AC fan, the last company replaced the capacitor and took a couple of hours to figure out why the fan still not working, they told me the condenser motor fan is defective and need to replace it, it would cost me about $800.

Finally, I was able to find the Comfort Experts. Ryan from Comfort Experts was not only really friendly, but he also did a fantastic job of immediately diagnosing the issue (just in 10 min), quickly fixing the problem. No need to replace the Fan motor,

American Home Water and Air exceeded our expectations!!! No pressure sales pitches and Tom was so quick to respond! We had to have some pipes and electrical wires rerouted plus we needed our water heater moved at the same time they installed our new water softener!! The price was absolutely great for the whole job!!! Very fair and WOW did they do a great job. Fidel and Javier came to do the installation! They showed up on time, they were friendly, professional and competent!!!!! They left our garage cleaner than it was when they arrived!!!! We love our new water softener!! It comes with a 10 year warranty and our water is now a pleasure to shower in!!!! I honestly will never use anyone but these guys for plumbing or AC needs!!! I would recommend this company to anyone!!! They are one of the few really honest companies that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!!! I wish I could them 10 stars!!!

I was looking for a new more personable and reasonable service for my air conditioning needs. Called Patrick Riley on a Sunday, they sent Matt out on Monday. Scheduling was easy and the scheduler was super sweet and took time to listen to me. On monday they called and communicated they had a technician earlier. I was exstatic at the communication. They sent me a pic of Matt so i would know who he was. I loved this communication. Matt came asked questions, he listened, was professional, explained things, was so respectful and kind as im healing from a major surgery. I signed up for the bi annual inspections which were very reasonable as my financial situation is not great from my unexpected surgery and my husband is a combat disabled Veteran. Matt fixed our problem, serviced our air conditioner and made a new customer. My search is over ?.They immediately sent follow up review form on Matt and service which was easy and i filled it out immediately. LOVE THE PATRICK RILEY BUSINESS FAMILY SO FAR.

We had an AC emergency! Our AC stopped working on a Sunday in the hot Arizona summer! We tried repairing on our own, even driving over an hour to get parts however that didn’t work. This company responded right away, gave us a fair quote and showed up in the time frame they told us. Highly recommend their services!

They came out and put a new blower motor on and one month later same problem they say there's only a 30 day garentee wth is up with that I'll have them out every 28 days if that's the case I'm totally done with them

Great company that has serviced our air conditioner for years. Highly recommend them for affordable, responsive, quality service. They don't try to sell you anything that you don't need, or fix anything that isn't broken (like some other AC companies). I would recommend them to anyone!

I really enjoyed my experience with Circulate HCAV. They were the only ones to follow up with me to ensure if I was interested and also provided me a special that I could take advantage of. Derek, the service professional, was very patient, personable, professional and honest. I appreciate the time he spent to ensure my questions were answered. I felt at ease with him and didn't feel like he was rushing. He built a really good rapport with me as well. He called before arriving at the house and he went over everything on the invoice with me. He didn't try to sell me on things I didn't need, but did provide information on different items that may interest me or that I should be aware of. I will be calling on them again for my AC and heating needs. I’m impressed and will definitely be recommending this company to everyone.

Our experience with Accutemp was nothing short of impressive. Our a/c unit stop working right during the summer with our kids home! They had someone out within a few hours, on the same day!
