Juan pacheco came to our house fixed whatever was leaking and had us feeling comfortable in about an hour or so. He is a very honest and knowledgeable employee ACE is lucky to have him as an employee!

The technician arrived on time and checked the unit exactly what we requested. He discovered our repair situation was still covered under the manufacturer warranty. Sun Tech ordered the part and came right back out and replaced in 2 short days.

Called for service thru home warranty and I Lucked Out with Pinion Air, quick response for heater repair, great with communication and knew what they were doing, Dial! Am in Real Estate and would recommend to family friends and clients, put them on speed dial!

During the phone call they said they would waive the diagnostic charge. That did not turn out to be the case and they charged me anyways. Overall an unethical experience and will not be doing business with them again.

Our air conditioner went out during the summer heat. We called Arcadia Air for emergency service and Manny came out to fix it. He arrived quickly, introduce himself, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem In a matter of minutes. We were so impressed with the service, we signed on for a 3 year contract with biannual maintenance. Manny came back to service 2 units for us a couple weeks later. He arrived on time for the scheduled window and explained everything. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air!

Not worth one star. Be warned they are very unpleasant and unprofessional. Never ever on time. Said they'd be out here same day and for 2 weeks continously rescheded. Finally said forget it not worth it. They don't respond to messages nor callbacks. Never ever use them. Unfortunately family swears by them. But absolutely not worth it. I'll stick with George Brazil who are attentive and will come within the time frame.

I am posting this because of past experiences that were not to my satisfaction. I had my hot water heater serviced and afterwards I had no hot water from 2 faucets. When Parker came out, I was left with the bill to replace 2 faucets. Parker installed the hot water heater. While they were out to look at the faucet issue, I asked about an outdoor spicket, I was billed over 200 for a 20 min job. When I had my water softener installed, I was told that the under ground pipe would be at a depth of 18 inches, when I spoke with the installer, he stated that they went down about 10 inches. Multiple times things have not been good.

I called today to check on a potential candidate that we interviewed at our air conditioning company. I spoke with the owner Larvell, and he was honest and upfront with the two questions that I had for him. I appreciate your help, Sir.

Chuck W. and Nathan S. were very professional and went above and beyond the details layout in the contract. I've been very happy with this company from the quality of work they perform and the techs they hire. Today I had them perform a Duct clean and seal. Not only did they do that, but Chuck and Nathan also improved the air flow to the front of the house making some changes to the Duct work. I now have more even cooling across the house, my office now gets cold. Thank You guys - one happy customer.

Had preventative maintenance performed on AC system and purchased their service plan. Taylor, the maintenance man was polite, professional and did a good job of explaining the advantages of the service plan. We
are off to a good start.

I was assigned this contractor through my home warranty company. I scheduled an appointment for AC issues. My appointment was initially set for Wed between 1 and 5PM. No one ever showed and I did not receive any calls from the company. After calling them myself to check the status, I was told that due to delays, they would be out the following day between 1 and 5PM. At 8:30PM, a technician had still not been to my residence and I had received no updates from the company. I was finally able to get a technician on the phone who indicated he would personally be at my residence between 9:30 and 10Am the following morning. Well, they never showed and again no updates from the company. Even though it is during business hours, no one will answer their phone and the message says they are closed. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Very unprofessional.

Above Par Was able to get our HVAC up and running like new! They were punctual and easy to work with. Would recommend them to friends!

Comfort Experts Ryan Constrom one of the owners submitted a fair quote using upscale equipment Carrier. They installed everything in 5 hours. The 3 technicians that did the work were professional and courteous. When finished they left the house as clean as before the installation. The followup is wonderful. If you have questions just text Ryan and he answers within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Comfort Experts. Remember you get what you pay for.

We found ourselves in a very hard spot, having both our AC units go out at once. We where nervous about how big of a job it was going to be BUT Adam treated us with such care and understanding. He walked us through the problem, explained what we needed to do, and gave us plenty of time to think about it. For us It was very clear his name was more then a brand it was his culture... he treated us like a good Neighbor would. We hired him and he delivered on time, professional, and clean. He showed us step by step what was happening and at the end taught us how to use everything new. Thank you Adam for going over the top! Amazing service, from start to finish. From the phone consultation to install, which was less than 48 hours, they were knowledgeable and professional. The gentlemen installed my new water heater quickly and were very friendly. Price was very reasonable, especially compared to other places who quoted. I will be using them in the future!
