Service provider is polite and communicative. Service is a bit pricy but we do see less pests when using them.

(I am the church's administrative assistant.) We had termite treatment October 16, 2019 and purchased a 5-year extended warranty at that time. The attached pics show our current situation. We have called numerous times and had two appointments (Jan. 31 & March 8) for re-treatment but nobody showed up or called.
