Every year I have preventative maintenance performed on my heat pump (air unit). This is the first time I feel a complete job was done. Johnny is thorough, punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. Represents Reeis very well. My new go to company for air conditioning business.

The Office Building I rent a Suite in had Lincoln Air install a New A/C unit on my suite September 2020, It seemed to work for a month or so,When I tried to use it during the winter it did not come on,I have two units in my Suite so I just used the one that worked during the Winter,Once it started to warm up in April 2021 I called Lincoln Air to let them know the unit they installed was not working,after some run around I finally got them to come out and get the Unit working,Then they sent me a $350 Bill,I called their Office to let them know they had just done the install at the end of the Summer & it was only ran once or twice,they did finally say that I didn’t owe them anything for the Repair,Now June 17th 2021 and the unit is not working again,it blew the breaker in the fuse panel,I called their Office and told them that my A/C was out again,in the middle of a Heat Wave & I was told I would be put on their emergency list,I talked to them on Tuesday & was told on the emergency list someone could be out Friday between 3:00 & 5:00,
I had to close my Office on that Friday because I had no A/C,I was called around 1:05 & told a repairman was on his way,I was heading to the Office to meet him when I received another call around 2:00 that the repairman’s Ladder was not tall enough to get on the Building,(this is the Company that installed the Unit,you would think they would know how tall of a Ladder they needed),I was told by the Lady answering the Phone that she would reach out to another Company that helps them out & call me back,
but no one called me back?,I called on Saturday Morning and left a message for a call back,but once again,no call back.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY HAS 5 STARS,OTHER THAN VERY FEW LEAVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THEN I NOTICED THEY ONLY HAD 45 REVIEWS!!

Tristin was very helpful and was able to fix our plumbing issues quickly and efficiently. They were even able to come out the same day.

My partner and I got a HEPA filter window fan for my mother so she has one at the nursing home she’s staying at currently. We have one of these fans in our bedroom at home, and it makes the air undeniably cleaner. Mom has noticed the benefits of having this fan too. Now that she’s had a good experience, I believe it’s time to give a much-deserved five-star review. Baikal Mechanical clearly knows the value of having access to clean air, as they must manufacture their products with this in mind. Mom, my husband, and I all love Baikal Mechanical!

The COOLEST A/C guy in the valley. Comfort One installed our three AC units over a year ago. They worked with our schedule and did it so we did not have to shut down. Three times a year, they show up on time, are very clean in the office and give us a detailed report on our AC units reading and output. If we ever have a question, Comfort One is quick to respond. Jimmy and his team at Arcadia Air are amazing! Our ac went out on a Sunday and with a heat wave coming that week I was concerned about my family and our pets in a hot house. I called Jimmy and he was able to get someone out right away and had our ac replaced and blowing colder than ever within a few hours. A sra maybe a worker perhaps owner, alleges that one can not park the vehicle in front of this property because they cover your ad looking for where you do not want to park Station that affects your business.

Danny Quick came out as scheduled. He explained what he would do and got my agreement on the price. He explained everything, was courteous and helpful. After fixing our electrical problem, he showed me the part that shorted and explained what he did to fix the problem.

We have brand new Nest thermostats that were extremely difficult to set up. I called Goliath Mechanical because we have a Service Agreement with them. They were prompt, on point , and supportive in getting the settings just right for us. This was the best air conditioning team in all of Arizona!!

GREAT, I purchased a new HVAC system from them a few years ago. The system came with a 10 year waranty, they come out every year, take the system apart, clean and check everything, and put it all back together, great Arizona company.

I'm a homeowner/landlord here in Ahwatukee. My AC went out and my Home WARRANTY company could not find a HVAC company to come out until next week... Unacceptable in the desert?! My tenants have a small child and Temps hit 101 inside. I have a friend who told me to contact her son's company its called AIR CONTROL they are local and the staff is amazing. I spoke with April a Happy person and was very pleasant and real to talk to about my issue. I called Tuesday afternoon and AIR CONTROL came out Wednesday. I do have an older AC and was afraid I'd have to replace it. (It is on my list of very soon purchases) I'm paying for daughters wedding this year and honestly thought this could not have happened a worse time. But AIR CONTROL came out and replaced the Motor Fan and they also told me my compressor is in very good shape super big component in the operation of an AC unit. He saved me a tom of $$ and my tenants can go back today in cool comfort. I told George who is the owner I am going to replace my unit in the next year and AIR CONTROL will get my future business. So AHWATUKEE if you have any HVAC issues please give them a call. #1 in my book.

They came out to my house in less than 24 hrs from my first call. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional the service rep was. They fixed my unit in about 1 hour and it was very affordable! I would highly recommend Preferred Air to all my family and friends.
