Erick did an outstanding review of our 2 A/C units. He was very through and reviewed everything he went over, and the things he did to insure the units remained working in tip top shape during the summer season.

Our air conditioner went out during the summer heat. We called Arcadia Air for emergency service and Manny came out to fix it. He arrived quickly, introduce himself, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem In a matter of minutes. We were so impressed with the service, we signed on for a 3 year contract with biannual maintenance. Manny came back to service 2 units for us a couple weeks later. He arrived on time for the scheduled window and explained everything. I would highly recommend Arcadia Air!

This company is horrible and disorganized. They never show up at the appointment time and they never return a phone call. When they no-showed on my scheduled appointment I called to find out where they were and they claimed they had already come out days before to fix it. They cannot name a date or time that the technician came out. They never left a receipt, and never notified me that they had completed the job. So IF they came out like they're claiming, they trespassed onto my property. They STILL have not provided proof of repair after being asked several times by my home warranty company. Don't waste your time.

We had been battling with our home warranty for months; our downstairs AC unit went out in June, July, and again in August. Finally we were at our witt's end and sick of them just putting a bandaid on the problem when we knew the whole unit needed to be replaced. We called George Brazil on a Friday around noon, they had a technician, Lance, come out between 1pm and 5pm; he arrived by 3pm and confirmed that we definitely needed a new unit as ours was 20 years old. He went over the pricing with us and all of our options very thoroughly. They were able to have a new unit and technicians out the very next morning, a Saturday! They arrived promptly on schedule and gave us a heads up when they were on their way. Rodrigo A., Enrique H., and Ivan G. We're all very efficient and cleaned up after they left. They wore booties over their shoes, laid down protection over our floors, and vacuumed when they left. We had a new unit installed by 2pm on Saturday. We are so impressed with the customer service when we called, the quick service call, and the installation process.

We were very pleased with George’s service. He found things that were left undone with the install done by the company we used to have a service agreement with. He is very knowledgeable.

I was very impressed with the sales and installation of my new AC/Heat pump, which was installed yesterday. I spoke to Ryan on Wednesday December 15th to discuss pricing and installation. Ryan was respectful, courteous and helpful in my decision. The unit was installed yesterday, December 17th by Jeremy who also was courteous and very knowledgeable of the product he was installing and answered all my questions plus did a great job cleaning up when he was finished. It’s awesome to find people like them in today’s world. I can’t say enough positive things about the company, Comfort Experts.

I was impressed that within one hour Shane fit me into his schedule. He fix the rattle in my AC unit and did a complete check for a fair price. Will definitely call again in the future.

Once again Adam and the whole crew at Dial One Mears did a great job for me. First I didn't know what I needed. They calmly explained my situation, old system not functioning well, and gave me options. No pressure. They arranged for my ducts to be sealed, including a 4 inch x 2 ft gap in the attic. They also installed a small split AC unit in our garage that is quiet and relatively cheap. Everything was done quickly even though it was the middle of summer. They are so nice to me it feels like family in my house. Thank you Adam and gang.

They were one of the few companies that were willing to come out to service the heat as the unit is on the roof of a second story. They got me on the schedule quickly, as well.
